| Dear holiday guests , we have an administration in Binz that takes care of the holiday flat, welcomes you on site and the handing over of the keys as well as the visitor's tax and is there for you as a contact person. Arrivals and departures on public holidays are subject to a 50% surcharge on the final cleaning fee. |

Easter holidays
It was (almost) all great. The apartment was equipped as described. We didn't miss anything. But now comes the (almost)! The bathroom on the lower floor has a problem with the drainage. A very pungent smell from the sewage treatment plant. It wasn't really possible to keep the window closed in that bathroom.
recommend for: holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday, romantic holiday

Sehr geehrte Feriengäste,
leider ist das Geruchs Problem bis zu ihrer Ankunft nicht gelöst worden.
Nach dem mehrere Handwerker daran gearbeitet haben,waren ich der Meinung , dass sich das
Thema erledigt hat.
Ein Neuer Versuch der Sanitär Firma hat den Schaden ermittelt und so wird es umgehend repariert.
Für die entgangenen Urlaubsfreuden möchte ich Ihnen beim nächsten Aufenhalt 2 Tage kostenlos
zu sichern.

Apartment in Binz
A very nicely furnished apartment in a top location. However, if you spend more than two days there, there are missing utensils to keep the apartment livable in between. This includes a vacuum cleaner, a cloth with a bucket. A broom was there. So you could make it clean with a broom. When we asked the landlord, we were told that no one had asked for it before ;-)) we were the first ones and the apartment is too small for such utensils. Which is not true. After some detours, we got the things. Satellite reception wasn't working either, but we didn't want to say anything more about it. You don't want that for a vacation. That is part of the standard. We have never experienced that before. Cleanliness and the other equipment were okay. Internet too.

Der Staubsauger ist ein leidiges Thema auf lange Sicht, mal wird er gebraucht , mal nicht.
dennoch könnten wir einen bereit stellen.
Was den Satelliten Empfang betrifft so haben wir im oberen Bereich noch einen weiteren Fernseher .

Complete satisfaction
Beautiful centrally located holiday apartment. Clean, bright, and friendly furnished. We were received by the management extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The apartment offers everything you need for a vacation in an apartment, it is in perfect condition and very comfortably furnished. We will definitely come back.
