A beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and the sea can be enjoyed from the villa's panoramic terrace. Due to the quiet location, those seeking peace and quiet will find an idyllic property here.
The well-maintained villa is situated in the middle of the eight hundred square metre large, enclosed private plot. The villa as well as the property are of course at your sole disposal, so that you can spend an undisturbed holiday in your "holiday home".
Around the villa, terraces invite you to loll in the sun or to relax in the partial shade or completely in the shade. On the roof terrace you can sunbathe undisturbed by prying eyes. The view sweeps over the surroundings to the sea.
The private pool, which is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy entry and exit, provides bathing pleasure. Six sun loungers and garden furniture invite you to linger by the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. In the evening, the pool lighting creates a romantic atmosphere on the terrace and invites you to take a bath at night.
An enclosed outdoor kitchen, equipped with a wooden barbecue, sink, gas hotplates and dining seating group, is ready for cosy barbecue evenings.
The villa, equipped with an internet connection, is divided as follows: A spacious living-dining room with SAT-TV, air conditioning and dining group (the armchair shown in the pictures has been replaced by 2 wicker armchairs in the meantime). A breakfast bar forms the transition to the open kitchen. Due to the open kitchen, the cook always has a connection to what is happening in the living area.
The kitchen is extensively equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, other kitchen appliances and cooking utensils as well as enough crockery for six people.
The villa has a total of 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms ensures pleasant room temperatures. Roller shutters and fly screens ensure a restful sleep. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor, as are two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet and the other with a bath and toilet.
One exit leads you to the barbecue terrace, and another to the side house terrace, adjacent to the pool area.
From the living room, an external staircase leads to the tower suite (the third bedroom with shower room) also equipped with air conditioning. If used for max. 4 persons, this can also be locked and you will receive a discount,
A washing machine, ironing board and iron are at your disposal. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge if required. For the cooler seasons, the villa has gas central heating, so a pleasant holiday is possible here at any time of year.
Small supermarkets and restaurants are located in the surrounding area. The sandy beach Arenal with its beautiful promenade is about 10 minutes away by car. There you will also find more restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. The nearest bathing bay (Portixol) is only 2 km away.
