Beautiful house in the best location by the main canal.

A beautiful house with a great location by the main canal with a fantastic docking area. Very friendly landlord.
The house offers plenty of space for the whole family with a large garden for relaxing.
The location is perfect; you can access the harbor exit directly with a jet ski or boat. Shops, restaurants, and the bakery are wonderfully reachable by foot.
We would love to come back…

Beautiful house by the canal.

Beautiful holiday home, located in the middle of Empuriabrava. The house is in well-maintained condition overall. The location by the canal is unbeatable. Each bedroom has air conditioning. We would love to come back.

Beautiful house with deductions

As already evident from the star rating, the house is a good holiday accommodation with a great location by the canal and within walking distance to the promenade and beach. The kitchen equipment deserves praise here. Lots of dishes, many glasses, cleaning supplies, etc., even kitchen towels were provided. However, it should be noted in the advertisement that the house will be partially renovated while it is being rented out (hole in the ceiling in the entrance area, kitchen cabinets are not plastered, ceiling above the fireplace is hastily taped, ceiling around the LEDs in the fireplace room is not plastered, and the paint is peeling off around the pool, which dirties the pool). In addition, the washing machine is not connected, which is very annoying as it is mentioned in the advertisement. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the house was not super clean as I am used to from other properties. There were dog hairs on the sofas, dust under the beds, dirty floor in the studio bathroom, and several dog feces on the lawn next to the pool. Additionally, the air conditioning in one bedroom stopped working after one use and despite efforts, could not be repaired during the following 4 hot days. Finally, I would like to add neutrally that the house has very good Wi-Fi and many additional features such as internet-controlled lighting and cameras in various rooms and outside areas, which the landlord deactivates during rentals. I hope my review helps future tenants and also provides the opportunity to inquire with the landlord about various aspects of the house.

Top house! Clean, tidy and stylishly furnished. Everything you need is quickly accessible. With a beautiful pool and right on the canal. Incredible! I was there for a week and would have loved to stay longer!

All in all very good

The accommodation is located directly on the canal and the adjacent street cannot be heard. The equipment is of new and well-maintained condition. The pool is clear and always good for a pleasant cool down. The terrace is otherwise very large and equipped with chic couch. Of course, a table and chairs are also included. Very nice house with friendly owners.

Super accommodation in a perfect location

Great, very clean flat in a perfect location. There is nothing missing, everything you need is close by. (Supermarket etc.). The terrace, the garden and the pool, where you can even swim a few laps, are just great. Not to forget the huge beach, there is a place for everyone.
The communication with the landlord was smooth, very helpful and always friendly. We would spend our holiday there again at any time.

Nice flat in a good location

We have stayed a few times in different flats in Empuria Brava and always like to come back to this beautiful settlement. This flat is definitely one of the better kept accommodations in the settlement and even has a pool where you can swim your laps.
The location is quite central and you can get everywhere easily on foot. Definitely a recommendation and this was certainly not our last visit!

The flat has everything you need. Very nice furnishings. Nice terrace and a large pool. Ideal for guests with a dog. A nice dog beach. Good shopping facilities. The landlord very friendly and accommodating.

We lacked nothing, great family vacation.

Already in advance very nice contact with the landlord, who answered all questions directly. The key handover on site by the very nice administrator went smoothly! The clean, small, well-equipped holiday apartment (microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, TV, radio, fridge with freezer, air conditioning, WiFi, hairdryer, etc.) had everything you needed. The rooms are functional, with enough storage space. The pool and the terrace invite you to barbecue and relax. The complex is clean and very well maintained, mostly inhabited by friendly French people. The apartment is relatively central. The way to the beach is a bit far, so we always drove by car, as carrying two children, air mattresses, a beach tent, and a cooler would have been exhausting. Lidl was about a 5-minute walk away, with butcher shops, restaurants, etc. in the immediate vicinity. We felt completely comfortable, had a wonderful vacation, and would love to come back!

The apartment met our expectations, was clean, functional, and had a beautiful outdoor area including pool access. Everything needed for a great holiday was available. We really liked Empuriabrava, especially the extensive leisure facilities. We had a truly wonderful holiday and will come back!

Everything was actually as described. The accommodation corresponded to the description (it was actually a bit better). Ideal for 4-6 people. We will definitely come back again. All in all, it was a very relaxing vacation.

Super Traumurlaub

I initially traveled to Empuriabrava with mixed feelings, as it was a 14-hour drive from my location. However, it was worth it for me. Pure relaxation, as there was a pool on the property. The beach was only 1.8 km away, and the walk there was lively with restaurants and shops, making it not boring on foot. There is a very nice shopping beach promenade at the beach. Every morning fresh baguette from the supermarket, which is only 15 minutes away from the apartment. All together, it was a fantastic dream vacation.
