There are three flats in this house, all of the same size, approx. 50m², and with the same furnishings. In the bedroom you will find two beds, in one flat a double bed and a wardrobe. The living room has a sofa bed for the third person, table, wardrobe and LCD TV. The adjoining open kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and many other useful things. The bathroom with shower/WC, two flats with additional bathtub complete these flats.
The house is located in the south district of Remscheid, shops, banks, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes.

Wonderful time

We spent 4 days in the summer holidays at the Intze House and immediately felt very, very comfortable. The next stay is already being planned.
