Description

The bright and cosy ground floor flat, with a small enclosed garden for long-term and spa holidaymakers or for short trips at any time of the year, is located in a quiet side street directly in the centre of the village. The holiday home is generously equipped and you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday. All windows are equipped with insect screens and with roller shutters, so that it stays pleasantly cool in summer
It is suitable for couples looking for relaxation and peace or for families with children
A high chair and a child/baby travel cot (120x60) are of course available. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, as the flat is allergy-friendly
The flat also has a parking space and a storage room outside for bicycles.

The flat is in a very quiet location, but also very central, because you can get fresh bread from the bakery just a few steps around the corner. The supermarket and many restaurants are also only 100 m away. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the swimming pool and the beach, making your holiday fun!

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.

In the event of a cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental, a processing fee of 50 euros is due. Up to 30 days before the start of the rental: additionally 30% of the rental price, if re-renting for the rental period is not possible. Up to 14 days before the start of the rental: additionally 90% of the rental price, if re-renting for the rental period is not possible. After that, the full rent is due, if re-renting for the rental period is not possible. For all cases, I expressly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Otherwise, I am always committed to retaining you as a guest in my house in the event of an unforeseen cancellation, and I am open to flexible solutions. If the vacation cannot be started due to an official restriction (Corona crisis), the guest will be refunded the rent paid.

The North Sea spa Horumersiel is located in the holiday municipality of Wangerland with a 27 km coastline. It is a holiday paradise for water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers and cyclists. Family-friendly Horumersiel not only offers relaxation in a healthy stimulating climate, but also invites you to take part in sporting and cultural activities. Travellers 55+ are also regular guests of the Frisian village.

Guided mudflat walks, boat trips to the offshore islands and seal banks, wellness and spa treatments in the Frieslandtherme are just some of the many leisure activities on offer for 'young and old'. The leisure and adventure pool has 3 pools, a generously designed sauna area and an outdoor pool that can be used all year round.

Relaxing vacation in the pearl of the North Sea.

We had a wonderful holiday in the fully equipped holiday apartment. The booking and key handover were easy and uncomplicated, so the holiday could start quickly. From the apartment, you can quickly reach the village and the beach on foot. We liked it so much that we booked again for this year.

Feel good and enjoy

The holiday flat is rightly called the "Pearl of the North Sea". Here you can feel good all around. Great facilities, very clean and well maintained everything you need to feel good. The keys were handed over very nicely and promptly

A wonderful vacation in a holiday apartment without any ifs or buts .....

After a forced break due to Corona, finally a vacation in HORUMERSIEL in a vacation apartment that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired!!! In a central location and yet absolutely quiet - it really can't get any better. The apartment itself has everything necessary for a successful vacation - at least!! We felt completely comfortable here for 2 weeks. And that's why we're coming back in just 2 months!!

Simply amazing!

We felt very comfortable again in the beautiful, quiet, and well-equipped holiday apartment. It's just a stone's throw to the beach in Horumersiel, and even with a child, you can easily walk to the sandy beach in Schillig. There is a playground not far from the apartment. A small supermarket, various restaurants, bike rental, bakery, and different shops are within a 3-5 minute walk. Mrs. De Riese is a very nice and warm host, so that it was still possible to order bed linen a few days before the trip. The key handover with Mrs. Dehmel also went very well this time, and we received a beautiful, clean apartment. Thank you! We will always prefer this apartment first in the future if it is available at our desired time.

very nice and recommendable vacation rental

Very nice, clean, and well-equipped holiday apartment in a quiet location, living up to its name. Easy handling and service, thanks to Mrs. Dehmel who enabled an early key handover. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished with everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. The location is central yet very quiet, restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance as well as the beach. We felt very comfortable here and can fully recommend this beautiful apartment.

Urlaub in Traumwohnung

We stayed in this dream holiday apartment from 04.-14.06.2016, where everything is available including WLAN. The apartment is only a short walk from the town center where there is a "small" supermarket, various restaurants, a pharmacy, and more. It's best to take the tram at the beginning of the holiday to learn a lot about Horumersiel and the surroundings. My mother and I have now been to the North Sea for the 4th time, and this holiday apartment is the best and most beautiful one we have ever had. Very tastefully decorated down to every detail. Parking directly in front of the house and absolutely quiet despite its proximity to the town center/square with a "small" supermarket, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, and much more.

Simply great

With much delay, now the review. We felt super comfortable in this really cozy and clean vacation rental! Everything you need is there (a dryer would be great, but it's fine without it). In nice weather, you can eat in the garden or simply enjoy the evening. The vacation rental is in a nice quiet side street, but only a maximum of 3 minutes' walk from the shopping street and restaurants. The beach was only a stone's throw away as well. We will definitely come back next year!

Thank you also to Mrs. Dehmel, who handed us the key for our slightly earlier arrival (with a child and a 650km journey, leaving at night is simply more relaxed).
