Description
The holiday villa is ideally suited for enjoying a relaxing vacation either as a couple, together with family, or with friends. The location on a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by lots of greenery and stunning views of the sea and mountains, is very relaxing.
The house is well maintained throughout, well and comfortably equipped, and offers plenty of space outside with its many terraces for socializing as well as for retreats to read and unwind. A private pool of 8x4m with a large sun terrace completes the holiday experience. The garden is terraced and planted with many Mediterranean plants.
On the upper living level there is the spacious living room with integrated dining area and open kitchen with adjoining large utility room, a separate sleeping area with 2 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, as well as another large bathroom. Both bathrooms on the upper floor have natural daylight.
A staircase leads down from the living area to two more large bedrooms and a shower room. From this level, there are 2 further exits to the garden and the pool terrace.
You can also enjoy the wonderful view when waking up from 3 of the bedrooms.
The staircase in the living area can be secured with a child safety gate.
Free fiber optic internet available. Air conditioning in the living area and in the 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.
Fans in the other bedrooms. For summer 2026, the two bedrooms on the lower floor will be equipped with air conditioning.
Good bed linen, towels, and beach towels are included at your disposal.
Flat-screen TVs in the living room and in 2 bedrooms.
German satellite TV available. French satellite TV can be connected in the living room. In addition to a regular filter coffee machine, there is also an espresso machine (Nespresso capsule machine) as well as Spanish coffee makers for the gas stove.
Paella ring and pans, Broil King barbecue grill in the outdoor area.
Children’s toys for indoors and outdoors are available, as well as board games, DVDs, books, maps of the area, and travel guides to excursion destinations.
Insect screens and shutters are installed on all windows.
10 sun loungers and 12 garden chairs are at your disposal. Additional costs such as electricity, air conditioning, heating, water, and gas are included in the price, as is the cleaning service after your stay.

Location and surroundings of object
The picturesque in the mountains and nature pasted, neat residential area Aldea de las Cuevas (village of caves) offers a beautiful panoramic position with spectacular views of the sea and mountains.
Directly from the house you can enjoying hikes, z. B. on a panoramic trail at the edge of Seguiligebirges along with stunning views of the coast, into the forest and down to the village where you can take in the Tapas Bar a refreshment can.
The charming village of Benidoleig with a good restaurant, a small supermarket, pharmacy, bank and bars can be reached by car in 5 minutes; larger shops can be found about 10 minutes drive away at Ondara in the shopping center La Marina. Benidoleig itself as attraction features the famous Skull Cave Cuevas de las Calaveras as a destination for families and children.
The nearest, even in high season not crowded, long and sandy beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car to El Verger.
After Denia with its historic old town, its beautiful Paseos and long sandy beaches and the marina can be reached in 20 minutes by car, the attractive zoo Terra Natura and Terra Mitica amusement park in Benidorm are within 40 minutes.
On numerous hiking trails behind the residential area you can enjoy nature and mountains.
From the house (with private pool) can be reached in about 10 minutes a system of urbanization with a bar and pool table, a further pool for free use and a tennis court for free use for our guests. Racquets are in the house.

Pure relaxation.
We spent three wonderful weeks at the house La Madriguera. My highlight was the peace and the view. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee, enjoying the peace and the view. Afterwards, I swam my laps in the pool. This is how every day can start. The house is well equipped and everything is clean. We would love to come back.

A great stay at Villa Madriguera
We had a pleasant stay at Villa Madriguera. The house is very well equipped, and there is nothing missing. Everything was thought of to have a great stay.
I thank the owner as well as Sven and Alicia, who were available during our stay for any questions.
I recommend this villa and we will definitely come back.

Holiday home in a class of its own!
We felt very comfortable and really didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well-equipped, so that you can work as if you were at home. You rarely find that in a holiday home. The whole thing is rounded off with a local manager who is always available. We will gladly come again.

Wnderschöne Ferienvilla
We once again felt very comfortable in your beautiful holiday villa and recovered wonderfully. The house offers everything to switch off from everyday life and recharge your batteries. It is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We have already booked again for next year.

A little dream!
This house is simply a dream!
We are typical holiday cottage vacationers and have accordingly rented several accommodations. This house now ranks number 1 on our personal hit list by far!
We spent two wonderful weeks here with 6 adults and a toddler.
The house is spacious and very well-maintained, mostly newly renovated (e.g. new beautiful bathrooms). The highlight is definitely the view of the valley and the sea. We really enjoyed the view and the tranquility.
The pool offers a nice cooling off and, like most of the terraces, is not visible from the outside.
The typical Spanish kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything you need is simply there, from sharp knives to enough dishes, dishwasher tabs - everything is available.
Plenty of towels, pool toys/games for the little ones (and big ones) - everything is there. The contact with the landlady was always very friendly and helpful - thanks again for that! Sven, the very dedicated, nice property manager on-site, was always available to us. The house is highly recommended, especially if you want to go on vacation with several people.

We are a family of four or 5 years regularly for a few weeks a year in our house to relax and unwind, also share with friends and other family members. The wonderful environment and beautiful location of the settlement Aldea de las Cuevas on the edge of Seguili Mountains is an impressive experience again and again. Since 2012 we rent gladly and regularly at many satisfied guests and do everything that our guests feel in the villa well.
