The exclusive "Newport" Apartment in the "Aqua Marina" exudes chic beach house ambience and is located between the sea and the spa. This comfortable, maritime furnished apartment with 2 rooms, 40 sq m and a terrace with garden and garden furniture, suitable for 4 people and, through light-flooded rooms for pleasant lightness and welcoming atmosphere.
The location of the corner apartment is located on the ground floor on the south side of the plant, the newly emerged, 2015. In only 300 meters you will reach the wide Baltic beach and promenade.

The apartment of the upscale facilities include a bedroom with double box-spring bed and an LCD TV, a living area with a m wide double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.
The high-quality equipment to large windows and high ceilings, is complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto multi-beverage system for hot and cold drinks, toaster, microwave + grill + fan, iron, hair dryer, a sound system, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi.
A cot is adjustable for consideration and available in the apartment. Furthermore, designed linen / towels and seating for 4 people.
You stay in a Non smoking apartment, are allowed in the pets after consultation.

In the immediate vicinity of the "Aqua Marina" complex facilities include a spa area, a restaurant and a washer / dryer.
Monitoring and security guards throughout Aquamarina complex.
A gratuitous underground parking complete the offer.

Newport Apartment Swinoujście

We were in the apartment years ago and unfortunately, we were disappointed this time. It was unfortunately not properly cleaned, the doors were very dirty, and the bathroom was also not really clean. The owner might also consider investing a bit, a new couch would be appropriate because it is already so worn out and dirty.

Beautiful vacation

Holiday with a Dog

We arrived on 15.06.2024. The key handover and explanations about the apartment/garage went really well. The apartment has no blinds, only pleated blinds on all windows. The bedroom was very bright at night due to the many pathway lights.
The rainwater pipe from the gutter made very loud noises during rain, which kept us from sleeping. We placed a sponge at the bottom of the rainwater pipe into the gray drainage box under the pipe and thereby minimized the noise. We don't have much to say about the garden area except that it is very neglected. Unfortunately, we cannot upload pictures here.
The location is great. A few minutes walk to the promenade and the beach. The city and the market are a bit further, but still easily reachable on foot.
All in all, a successful holiday with a dog.

Holiday with dog

We were 12 days in this beautiful flat.there is everything you need for a relaxing holiday.our Bonny (dog almost 13 years) was also very enthusiastic.we also liked that you can reach in a few minutes the promenade and of course the most important the beach.shopping and restaurants are also just a few minutes away. Unfortunately, the information was partially incorrect. Washing machine + dryer were not available in the apartment, but in the adjacent building, where there were only 2 machines (resulting in long waiting times) and one of them was broken. The vacuum cleaner was also broken, despite complaints, there was no replacement. The garden plot was very neglected, and there was no wheelchair-accessible access as there was a very high step to the garden.

Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner stehen allen Gästen der Anlage zur Verfügung. Der Waschraum befindet sich fussläufig ca. 20 Meter entfernt im Nebengebäude. Natürlich kann es in der Hochsaison zu vermehrter Nutzung kommen. Bislang gab es aber keinerlei Rückmeldungen über jegliche Wartezeiten von unseren Gästen.
Alle Grünflächen der Anlage werden turnusmässig von einem Gartenservice professionell gepflegt.
Die ganze Anlage und die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei gestaltet.

Es freut uns aber sehr, dass Sie eine schöne Zeit in Swinemünde hatten.

Everything great, never been accommodated so well.

The accommodation was as described and very clean. In the bedroom and separate living room, there are flat-screen TVs with German channels. The kitchen equipment is very good. Everything was available, even a dishwasher. The beach and promenade are not far away. Everything is within walking distance. The car was safely parked in the underground garage and we did not need it during our stay. The location is very quiet.

Great holiday apartment in a superb location.

Very beautiful and modern furnished holiday apartment near the promenade and the beach. The equipment of the apartment is very good and stands out significantly from most. Very clean and nice and uncomplicated contact with the landlord and the administration. The holiday apartment includes a lovely garden which we enjoyed using. We will gladly come back!
