The exclusive "Newport" apartment in the "Aquamarina" exudes a chic beach house ambiance and is located between the sea and the spa gardens. The comfortable, maritime-style apartment with 2 rooms, 40 sqm, and a terrace with garden and garden furniture is suitable for 4 people and, with its light-flooded rooms, provides a pleasant sense of ease and a feel-good atmosphere.
The location of the corner holiday apartment is on the ground floor on the southeast side of the complex. In just 300 meters you reach the wide Baltic Sea beach and the promenade.
The high-quality apartment includes a bedroom with a box-spring double bed (160 cm) and LCD TV, a living area with a 1.40 m wide double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. The high-quality furnishings with large windows and high ceilings are complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, Dolce-Gusto multi-beverage system for hot and cold drinks, toaster, microwave + grill + convection, iron, hairdryer, a sound system, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi.
A baby cot is available for a fee and can be placed in the apartment. Furthermore, bed linen/towels and seating for 4 people are provided. The washing machine and dryer are available to all guests of the complex for a fee. The laundry room is located 20 meters away on foot in the adjacent building.
The holiday apartment as well as the entire complex is designed to be barrier-free.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located on the ground floor on the southeast side of the complex. In just 150 meters you reach the beach entrances and the promenade with many cafés and restaurants.
Swinemünde can be reached from the west via the island of Usedom through the border crossing at Ahlbeck, which has also been passable for vehicles since then. However, buses and trucks over 7.5 tons must use the entrance further south via Garz.

Newport Apartment Swinoujście
We were in the apartment years ago and unfortunately, we were disappointed this time. It was unfortunately not properly cleaned, the doors were very dirty, and the bathroom was also not really clean. The owner might also consider investing a bit, a new couch would be appropriate because it is already so worn out and dirty.

Beautiful vacation

Holiday with a Dog
We arrived on 15.06.2024. The key handover and explanations about the apartment/garage went really well. The apartment has no blinds, only pleated blinds on all windows. The bedroom was very bright at night due to the many pathway lights.
The rainwater pipe from the gutter made very loud noises during rain, which kept us from sleeping. We placed a sponge at the bottom of the rainwater pipe into the gray drainage box under the pipe and thereby minimized the noise. We don't have much to say about the garden area except that it is very neglected. Unfortunately, we cannot upload pictures here.
The location is great. A few minutes walk to the promenade and the beach. The city and the market are a bit further, but still easily reachable on foot.
All in all, a successful holiday with a dog.

Wir waren vor Jahren schon einmal in dem Apartment und leider waren wir diesmal enttäuscht. Es wurde leider nicht richtig gereinigt, die Türen waren sehr verschmutzt und das Bad war auch nicht richtig sauber. Die Besitzerin sollte vielleicht auch mal etwas investieren, eine neue Couch wäre mal angebracht ,weil die schon so durchgesessen und verschmutzt ist.

Wir sind am 15.06.2024 angereist. Die Schlüssel Übergabe und Erklärungen zur Wohnung/Garage haben super geklappt. Die Wohnung hat keine Jalousien sondern nur Plissees an allen Fenstern. Das Schlafzimmer war durch die vielen Wegelampen in der Nacht sehr hell.
Das Fallrohr der Dachrinne macht bei Regen sehr laute Geräusche, die uns den Schlaf raubten.
Wir haben am Boden des Regenfallrohres einen Schwamm in den grauen Abflusskasten unter das Rohr gelegt und damit das Geräusch minimiert. Zu dem Gartenanteil wollen wir nicht viel sagen, außer sehr ungepflegt. Leider kann man hier keine Bilder hochladen.
Die Lage ist super. Wenige Gehminuten zur Promenade und zum Strand. Zur Stadt und zum Markt
etwas weiter, aber auch das ist gut fußläufig zu schaffen.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub mit Hund.

Wir waren 12 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Apartment.Es ist alles da was man braucht für einen erholsamen Urlaub .Unsere Bonny ( Hündin fast 13 Jahre)war ebenfalls sehr begeistert.Uns hat auch gefallen das man in wenigen Minuten die Promenade und natürlich das wichtigste den Strand erreicht .Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auch gleich in wenigen Minuten erreichbar . sehr empfehlenswerte ferienwohnung (mit Hund), wir haben uns wohl gefühlt- allerdings fehlt ein Mückengitterfenster- das ist dort so eine Plage mit den Mücken. Zentrum zu Fuß etwas weit, aber alles andere gut zu erreichen.

Leider waren die Angaben teilweise nicht Waschmaschine+Trockner nicht im Apartment vorhanden,dafür im neben Haus,wobei es nur 2 Maschinen gab( dadurch große Wartezeit)uns eine davon auch noch kaputt war.Staubsauger kaputt,trotz Reklamation kein Austausch.Gartenstück sehr ungepflegt;und kein behindertengerechter Zugang,da sehr hohe Stufe zum Garten.
Alles super, noch nie so gut untergebracht.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber.
Im Schlafzimmer sowie im separatem
Wohnzimmer sind Flachbildfernseher mit deutsche Programme. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Es war alles vorhanden sogar ein Geschirrspüler.Der Strand und die Promenade liegen nicht weit weg. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Auto stand sicher in der Tiefgarage und wir haben es während

Der Kontakt zum/-r Vermieter/-in war super freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig! Das Appartment ist mehr als Klasse! Toll und sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und kein Schimmel! Auch der Geschirrspüler in der Einbauküche ist wirklich nett! Auch die Tiefgarage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt!Wir haben dort eine tolle Urlaubswoche zu 3t verbracht! Würde dieses Appartment sofort wieder buchen!! Danke

Sehr schöne und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der Nähe zur Promenade und dem Strand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und hebt sich deutlich von den meisten ab. Sehr sauber und netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein schöner Garten den wir gerne genutzt haben.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!
