Description
This lovely cottage is besides the North Holland Canal, at the edge of Schoorl. Within walking or cycling distance of the forests, dunes and several beautiful beaches.
In the cottage you will be able to relax easily. While taking a shower you might enjoy the sheep gracing on the dike, which is a common sight from the shower through the open window. This shower window also allows for fresh air during hot showers, very nice. On days where the BBQ is not fired up, one can use the kitchen microwave or cook on the 4-burner stove.
The living room is large enough to receive some guests, who may end up sleeping over in a tent in the garden (tent not included). The garden is an oasis of peace, both on the front, side and rear, lots of possibilities for a fireplace, grill, romantic wine to sit or whatever you want. Through the open patio doors you feel one with the outside easily.
The chalet has two bedrooms:
A bedroom with 2 personbed () and TV / DVD / USB combo containing several movies;
A smaller bedroom with bunk bed (2x ).
Guest have access to:
• 1 bedroom with 2person bed (), TV / DVD / USB combo and plenty of storage space;
• 1 bedroom with bunk bed (2x );
• 1 bathroom with shower and toilet;
• 1 living room, equipped with TV, Playstation 2, radio (DAB +), dining table with four chairs, a spacious corner sofa and a box with different games for inside and outside;
• 1 kitchen with div. Equipment such as Senseo and microwave.
Guests have access to all the areas mentioned above.

Location and surroundings of object
The resort is located near the reception. At the reception you can also buy tokens for the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room. Rent a bicycle can also be done at the reception. In addition, the park offers various sports facilities, such as mini golf, table tennis, beach volleyball, tennis, etc. For children, a large playground and a petting zoo with goats and chickens, among others. If the kitchen is open (high season), you can in the limited menu to what to eat and / or drink to.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

In the chalet there are plenty of duvets available and mattress protectors are applied. Bed, bath and kitchen linen you will have to bring yourself or we can take care of you for the following extra price:
Bath towel set (3-piece) at 5 euros per person;
Kitchen linen set (2-piece) at 5 euros per set;
Bed linen set (3 or 4-piece) at 5 euros per person.
PAY ATTENTION! We do not charge cleaning costs, so you ensure that the guests after you also end up in a neat chalet! Then we can keep the costs as low as possible. A final cleaning can be booked in advance for 45 euros. If not booked and not clean at departure 50 euros from the deposit will be retained.
Pets are welcome for 5 euros per night per pet. Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds.
Internet / WiFi access is available at the reception / restoration.
Washer and dryer are available in a room at the reception with coins.

Slecht onderhouden chalet
Teveel gebreken om op te noemen.
Er wordt totaal geen onderhoud gedaan.
Huurperiode was van 5-9-20 tot 12-9-20, ben donderdag 10-9-20 reeds vertrokken vanwege de tekortkomingen.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Super für Grillfreunde. Leider etwas außerhalb, so dass man für fast Alles ein Auto benötigt.

Oase van rust in prachtige omgeving.
Enigszins getekend omdat het hier familie betreft wil ik toch even een eerlijke review achter laten. Wij hebben met 4 personen een hele fijne tijd gehad in dit chalet. Het chalet ziet er prachtig uit en kan heerlijk doorgelucht worden met openslaande deuren. Ramen zijn voorzien van vlieghorren waardoor ook 's nachts de heerlijke frisse lucht door de ruimte voert. Zelfs vanuit de douche is het genieten, wanneer je de schaapjes op de dijk en konijnen rondom het chalet ziet lopen. Buiten is meer dan genoeg privacy en kan zowel aan de voor- als aan de achterkant ge-BBQd of heerlijk getafeld worden. Er is geen dag voorbij gegaan dat we niet gelopen of gefietst hebben. Vanaf het chalet is het heerlijk wandelen naar het pittoreske dorpje Schoorl en van daaruit het prachtige gemengde bos door, de duinen in en het strand op. We hebben heel wat fietskilometers in de benen zitten na deze vakantie, elke km was volop genieten. Bedankt en tot volgend jaar ;-)
