Tip: every year, on the first weekend in August, a Viking Festival takes place in the town of Wolin. The festival presents the early medieval culture of Vikings and Slavs based on customs, clothing, weapons and fighting games. The water sports is big and anglers continue to find a quiet place by the sea, lake or Szczecin Lagoon eject their rods. In planning your vacation you should definitely be a trip to Miedzyzdroje on the program. The impressive pier, the Avenue of the Stars, the illustrious waxworks museum or the cliff that houses the viewpoint Gozan, are just a few highlights that this city has to offer.
