Super great equipment and really great tenants.

The semi-detached house is super spacious, the garden beautifully landscaped and there is really a lot of equipment available. Enough glasses, cutlery and dishes (which is really very limited in holiday apartments). Games and stuffed animals for children, information material for the surroundings...
We are a household of 6 people (3 adults and 3 children between 3 and 9 years old) and everything worked out great.
Play and sports ground, as well as the lake, are super close and the small shop/bakery where you can get the essentials can be reached on foot in no time. For larger purchases you have to take the car, but we combined that with our outings.

We added a night very short-term and the Kunath family was super accommodating and rescheduled for us. Thank you very much for that!

We all felt very comfortable and highly recommend the Kunath family's holiday home with a very clear conscience!

Very nice holiday home for families

There is a lot of space in the house :) Well suited for families with children. The location at the lake is very good for swimming. The house is also ideally located to reach all the hiking trails in Saxon Switzerland and also Dresden. Very suitable for longer stays. The equipment is good, we didn't miss anything! We were completely satisfied ?

Beautiful holiday home

It is a very nice, large, clean holiday home and we enjoyed the time with our two children in it very much. The surroundings are also wonderful and the playground, as well as the bathing lake is also a few minutes walk away

Holiday apartment Birkwitz

We really liked the vacation apartment. Good transportation connections, very spacious. Everything you need is available. Small criticism, the mattresses in the balcony room were unfortunately way too soft for us. Otherwise, it was a successful week!

Schönes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus, viel Platz, Ruhe, sehr gute Ausstattung. Toller Wintergarten, bequeme Betten . Ein Auto ist von Vorteil, da die Busverbindung nicht ideal ist.

Simply relaxing

We enjoyed the 7 days tremendously. The tranquility is simply amazing. The amenities of the house as well as the warm welcome contributed to our well-being.

Even though the weather often threw a wrench in our plans, we were able to bike along the Elbe River to Dresden and also to Königsstein. There were plenty of other options for rainy days.

We really enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely recommended holiday home

We had a wonderful vacation in your holiday house. The location is great, there is a bathing lake only about 300 meters away. The house is super equipped and invites you to feel comfortable. The connection to all hiking destinations and sights is ideal. We say thank you for the nice reception and would love to come back again.

Ein gelungener Urlaub!

Wir haben wunderschöne Urlaubstage in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist top ausgestattet, sehr groß und einfach toll! Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen; wir waren schnell in Dresden und hatten auch in die Sächsische Schweiz nur kurze Wege. Vielen Dank an die Familie Kunath!

Liebe Familie Kunath, wir wollen uns an dieser Stelle nochmal recht herzlich für den tollen Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus bedanken. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Ort nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt gibt es einen Laden für den täglichen Bedarf und für morgendlich frische Brötchen. Der sehr saubere Kiessee befindet sich auch nur wenige Minuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Ansonsten, wer die Sächsische Schweiz kennt, weiß, dass man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto in ca. 30 min erreicht. Vielleicht kommen wir in den nächsten Jahren mal wieder vorbei...

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Gute Betten, großes Bad.
Ganz in der Nähe liegt der Elbe-Radweg.
Dresden oder sächsische Schweiz liegen sehr Nah.
Badesee war toll, um sich abzukühlen.
Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Infomaterial im Haus vorhanden.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir verbrachten ein paar Tage als Familie in Birkwitz. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und nahmen das Haus nach kurzer Einweisung in Beschlag. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein Badesee. Die meisten Ziele in der sächsischen Schweiz und Dresden liegen im Umkreis von ca 20 km. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Ferienhausbewertung

Sehr ruhige Lage.
Wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen.
Innenausstattung des Hauses hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen.
Das Haus war von den Quadratmetern für 6 Personen vollkommen ausreichend.
Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindung nach Dresden(Bus und Straßenbahn).
Besonderer Hinweis: Wir kommen sicherlich noch einmal nach Birkwitz und mieten das Haus.

Ruhe, Entspannung, Wohlfühlen

Wir waren für 12 Tage in Birkwitz. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und so konnten wir uns optimal erholen. Es ist nett eingerichtet und lädt ein, es sich gemütlich zu machen. Es ist für alles gesorgt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist schön warm und auch das heße Wasser war jeder Zeit verfügbar. Wir hatten reichlich Platz und konnten unseren Weihnachtsbaum aufstellen. Das Haus war vom Vermieter auch sehr schön weihnachtlich dekoriert, alles war sehr sauber. Also, ein rundum Wohlfühlpaket ist ein Urlaub in diesem Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Class holiday flat Pirna-Birkwitz

This holiday home is absolutely recommendable for a holiday with children!!!!
The flat is fully equipped, has two children's rooms and a great garden. The way to the bathing pond (gravel pond) is short (with snack bar and toilet) and provides sufficient pastime for the children in nice weather. The house is "tip-top-clean" - we all (two adults and two children) felt very comfortable - anytime again!!!!

Holiday home Birkwitz is worth a trip

The holiday home offers everything your heart desires, is very well equipped and clean. The one children's room is a little small for 6 adults, but 4 adults and 2 children can easily find room here. The welcome and farewell by the Kunath family is very warm and questions and special requests are answered immediately and taken into account if possible.
The location is good. You can get to Pirna and the surrounding towns very quickly. There is also a beautiful lake within walking distance. A small corner shop for the morning bread rolls is within easy reach and there is a supermarket for larger purchases.

In short, we can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus vor allem für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Enkel haben den Wintergarten für sich entdeckt, aber auch die Terrasse konnten wir auf Grund des schönen Wetters gut nutzen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir wünschen Ihnen noch viele zufriedene Gäste.

Schöne Zeit in Birkwitz

Wir waren zu viert in diesem Haus und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
Es ist ausreichend Platz und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen eine ausführliche "Einweisung".
Die beiden Jungs fanden die Nähe zum Badesee (fußläufig 5 Min.) am tollsten.
Schloß Pillnitz ist nur 4 km entfernt. Pirna und Dresden mit dem Auto schnell erreicht.
Auch ins Elbsandsteingebirge ist es nicht weit.
Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Sehr gut

Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Es fehlt an nichts, ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top. Man kann sehr viele Ausflüge mit wenig Zeitaufwand unternehmen. Wir waren mit unseren beiden 80 jährigen Müttern dort und auch die waren sehr begeistert.

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Die Lage ist optimal. Man kommt mit dem Auto schnell in die Sächsische Schweiz. Auch Dresden ist leicht erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich. Volle Punktzahl.

1 Woche Dresden

Das Haus lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gut hat uns der kleine Garten mit der Terrasse gefallen. Da wir eine sehr heiße Woche erwischt hatten, haben wir abends oft noch draußen gesessen und ein Glase Wein getrunken. Die Matratzen der Betten sind 1A, wir haben wirklich gut darauf geschlafen. Schön sind auch die zwei Klos, wenn man mit mehreren Personen im Haus wohnt. In der Küche könnte man ein paar scharfe Messer, eine richtige Bratpfanne, einen Korkenzieher mit Hebelmechanik und ein paar Teelöffel mehr gebrauchen. Aber der Geschirrspüler ist ein wahrer Segen.

Eine Reise wert...

Das Ferienhaus Birkwitz ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und räumlich gut aufgeteilt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben alles vorgefunden, was man im Haushalt benötigt. Auch die Nähe zum See und zu vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten ist positiv zu erwähnen. Der Ort Birkwitz ist überschaubar und ruhig gelegen und lädt zum ausruhen ein, das war für uns genau das Richtige. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.
