Description
Living and dining room with fireplace, air conditioning, sofa, satellite TV, dining table with 4 chairs and 2 stools.
Open kitchen, well furnished, with fridge and freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine.
1 bedroom with 2 standing 90x200cm beds with adjoining bathroom with WC, bath, shower and 2 sinks. Directly behind this bedroom is still a dressing room, in which a pull-out sofa is (additional sleeping for 2 people)
1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed with fitted wardrobe and drawers.
1 bedroom with a 140x200cm bed, with fitted wardrobe, dresser with mirror.
Covered terrace at the house with table and 8 chairs, cupboard for glasses / dishes / toaster / 2. Stove and refrigerator with freezer drawers and a gas grill.
1 gazebo with table and 4 chairs by the pool
1 enclosure with seating area next to the pool

Several sunbeds around the pool (4x 10m incl. Roman staircase, to about deep, of course, for the sole use of regular water control and the Property Management)

Location:
The house is situated in a small village in the middle of the orange, tangerine, pomegranate, grape plantations, etc., which is very ideal for hiking or mountain biking. In place Montroy (about 4km away from the house) you will find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, banks and doctors from Tier to the dentist up to 24 hour emergency service in Montserrat.
Aldi and Lidl are only about 15km.
Until Valencia city center and the nearest beach is about 30 km, about 25 km to Valencia Airport and Alicante Airport approximately 150 km. Airport transfer on request extra charge.

The following extra costs come to rental added:
100, - € and deposit 200, - € to be paid locally on arrival in cash to the landlord or manager. The deposit will be refunded upon proper handover of the leased property.
Electricity is charged according to consumption € per Kw. The current state is read on arrival and departure together with the owner / manager. The consumption must be paid before departure in cash.
30% of the rent will be due upon booking confirmation and 70% at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. The rental agreement to be concluded is absolutely binding on both parties and only occurs with receipt of the deposit in force.
Key collection is made on site by the owner or manager. Of course, the appropriate contact details published in time (phone number provided by the owner / manager, depending on who is on the spot).

Dear Hoppe family
Our stay in your villa was simply wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone who needs peace and relaxation. It is a pity that we were only there for a week. The facilities were excellent. The caretakers were very nice and always available if you had any questions. Very recommendable. We would love to come back again.

Super nice house with excellent facilities! Everything a holidaymaker's heart needs is there. The German-speaking support on site was also great
The house is located in the hinterland of Valencia, so you can't get there without a car. Valencia, beach, etc. can be reached in about 30 minutes by car
Shopping facilities for daily needs in the immediate vicinity.
Good, tasty and inexpensive restaurants in the village and neighbouring village.
All in all, a very nice holiday and we felt very comfortable

Super Familienurlaub
Ganz spontan haben wir dieses Jahr in den Pfingstferien Urlaub in diesem Haus gemacht.
Letztes Jahr waren wir zum ersten Mal in den Sommerferien hier und direkt positiv überrascht.
Ein eigener, super sauberer Pool war für alle das Highlight!! Die Ausstattung lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gerne haben wir den Gasgrill, die Pizzapfanne und den Außenkühlschrank genutzt. Beide Kühlschränke sind riesig und haben genug Platz für die großen Wasserflaschen, sowie das leckere Eis aus dem Mercadona :-) !! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch sehr gut! Nicole und Franz Bruns haben uns letztes Jahr super weitergeholfen und waren stets da, wenn man Fragen hatte. Heike hat uns dieses Jahr ebenso super betreut. In Monserrat - ein Ort weiter - gibt es einen riesigen Imker-Bedarf, der auch Honig verkauft. Da kann man den leckeren Orangen-Blüten-Honig oder den Wald-Honig kaufen.
Die Gegend ist sehr schön und wunderbar ruhig! Dieses Jahr haben wir viele Spaziergänge gemacht und einfach mal richtig abgeschaltet. Man kann aber auch ganz gut Valencia mit dem Auto erreichen und diese riesige Stadt besichtigen.
Also rundherum ein super Ort, um mit der Familie auszuspannen und erholsame Ferien zu genießen!

Motorradurlaub
11 Tage vom feinsten. Das Haus hat ein riesiges Platzangebot, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Pool ist der Hammer. Alles was man in den eigenen vier Wänden sehr schätzt, ist in diesem Ferienhaus auch vorhanden. Es gibt eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort(Heike) und Frau Hoppe ist auch immer erreichbar. Wir haben jeden Tag ausgedehnte Motorradtouren gemacht. Nach wenigen 100 Meter, geht es gleich kurvig los. Die Strecken zu dem naheliegenden Gebirge benote ich mal mit 1 Plus.
Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht, positiv überrascht. Man sollte aber vor Ort ein Fahrzeug haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Super schöner erholsamer Urlaub mit Hund
Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Art unserer Vorort Betreuerin Heike war super. Das Ferienhaus und der Pool sowie die Aussenanlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist mit allem, was einen entspannten Urlaub ausmacht, ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wer es gerne ruhig mag, der fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Lange Spaziergänge mit unserem Labrador waren kein Problem.

Top Ferien
Wir waren jetzt 5 super, tolle und schöne Wochen hier und haben es uns richtig gut gehen lassen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und grosszügig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und ein bisschen mehr. Wir werden wieder nach Montroy kommen uns hat es sehr gefallen. Vielen Dank für die netten Kontakte und Begegnungen.

Pure relaxation!!!!

A really clean, well-maintained and well-equipped house in idyllic Laage in the middle of orange plantations
The pool is very clean and the temperature was perfect

Great holiday home
Dear Hoppe family!
We spent our holidays this year with 2 families (4 adults, 3 children) in your beautiful house in Montroy.
The house is really equipped with everything you need, is very well maintained and leaves nothing to be desired. The pool was of course the absolute highlight for the children and was frequented almost around the clock.
The terrace with outdoor fridge, large barbecue and plenty of seating invites you to party.
You immediately feel at home and don't want to leave.
In short, a very successful holiday and absolutely recommendable!
We will definitely be back!

Very good for relaxing
Hello Christel and Martin,
very nice and well equipped house. The pool and the grounds are super well maintained. The gas barbecue and the second fridge on the terrace are worth their weight in gold. The acquaintance with the neighbours (doctor ) is super....
We are looking forward to the outdoor kitchen and new terrace by the pool. 2019

Super Urlaub
Wir waren mit 9 Jungs dort um einwenig abzuschalten und gemütlich Abends ein,zwei..Softgetränke zu trinken;)
Wir waren direkt begeistert vom Haus...
- Super Ausstattung
- Alles sauber , gab nichts zu beanstanden
- W-lan
- Viel Platz , drinn und draußen
- Moderne Küche und alles vorhanden was man zum kochen braucht, wirklich alles!!!
- Pool gute größe und das volleyballnetz ist super , sehr viel gespielt im urlaub
- Reichlich Sitz und Liege Möglichkeiten
- Für Jung und alt
- Die Klimaanlage im Haus die bei uns immer auf 16 Grand stand , Der Gasgrill und der 2te Kühlschrank auf der Terasse waren einfach Goldwert ;D
Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen und danke für den tollen service :)

super erholsam
wir waren diesen Sommer im Ferienhaus als 8 köpfige Familie und ich kann das haus und natürlich die super lieben Vermieter nur weiter empfehlen...ich gehe ganz stark davon aus, dass wir im nächsten Sommer wieder kommen...mir fehlt die Ruhe und die Sonne jetzt schon. Sommerurlaub
Ein sehr schönes und hochwertig ausgestattetes Haus. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 4 Kindern und einen Hund hier verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man sollte aber ein Auto hier haben weil das Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt. (Was für uns auch so gewollt war)
Die Vermieterin des Haus ist sehr freundlich und konnte man bei Fragen zu jeder Zeit erreichen.
Das Haus besitzt eine privat Pool und auch hier waren Wassermatten und noch andere Wassserspielsachen vom Vermieter zu verfügung gestellt.
Dieses Haus und Vermieter sind nur weiter zu empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Schöner Urlaub!
Das schöne Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, sogar mit W-LAN und Satelliten-TV. Wir haben fast die ganze Woche draußen auf der sehr schönen Terrasse und am/im Pool verbracht.
Ideal eignet sich das Ferienhaus für Familien mit Kindern, die sogar sämtliche Pool-Spielzeuge nutzen können.
Der große Gasgrill auf der Terrasse wurde von uns häufig in Gebrauch genommen, wie auch der Außenkühlschrank. Es gab auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Hausverwalterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und für uns immer ansprechbar. Da sie in derselben Siedlung wohnte, konnte sie uns auch gute Ausflugtipps geben. Valencia ist unbedingt eine Reise wert. Dort haben wir eine sehr empfehlenswerte Stadtrundfahrt mit einem Cabrio-Doppeldeckerbus gemacht. Auch der Stadtstrand ist zu empfehlen. Ganz allmählich flach abfallender Sandstrand, super auch für Nichtschwimmer-Kinder. Außerdem gab es einen tollen Stausee in den Bergen.
Die Pizzeria in Montroy war vom Ferienhaus aus fußläufig erreichbar. Drei Supermärkte in der näheren Umgebung und weitere Restaurants waren bequem mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Wir waren leider nur für eine Woche Ende Juli dort, werden aber garantiert wieder kommen!
Kurzum, wir können dieses Haus bedingungslos weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage
Wir waren diesen Sommer das erste mal in dem Haus und es hat uns gut gefallen.
Man fühlte sich direkt wohl.
Die Zimmer & Küche sind alle schön groß & es ist so ziemlich alles da was man braucht.
Von der Terasse aus hat man einen super Ausblick über die ganze Gegend.
Die meiste Zeit haben wir allerdings am & im Pool verbracht.
Der Pool ist auch für Kinder gut geeignet da er vorne ca bei 1,30m tiefe beginnt, hinten ist es etwas mehr, da kann man sich auch beim Wasserball ordentlich austoben.
Die Lage des Hauses ist auch toll. Etwas außerhalb eines kleinen Ortes zwischen Orangenfeldern in einer kleinen Siedlung.
In 5 Minuten ca. hat man die nächsten Supermärkte erreicht, dort bekommt man alles was man braucht.
Bis nach Valencia sind es auch nur 30 Minuten, der Stadtstrand ist zu empfehlen, auch um Abends dort an der Promenade entweder essen zu gehen oder gemütlich Cocktails zu trinken.
Ansonten ist der Strand in Cullera zu empfehlen, dort gibt es schöne Sandstrände und sauberes Wasser.
Der Urlaub dort hat uns gut gefallen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
