Our semi-detached house is ideal for a family holiday, for 4 people (a baby cot and a high chair are also available)
You will find a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-plate cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all inventory as well as a dining area for up to 6 people.
In the living area with fireplace, TV, radio/CD you will also find a cosy seating set.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a baby travel cot. In the second bedroom there is also a spacious wardrobe and two single beds, but they are also next to each other.
A cosy south-facing terrace with barbecue and a parking space directly in front of the house are also available.

Regardless of the weather, there are many possibilities such as the 4000 sqm subtropical bathing paradise, children's club, children's disco, evening programme, bowling, tennis, badminton, archery, restaurants, café. Outdoors you can go mudflat walking, horse riding, cycling. There are also many play facilities on the ffn-Friesenstrand

| The consumption costs are included. The visitor's tax is additional. The visitor's tax is from - for persons from 13 years 2,90 Euro/night, for persons from 3-12 years 1,95 Euro/night. In the rest of the time from 13 years 1,25 Euro/night and from 3-12 years 0,85 Euro/night. Bed linen can be rented for 10,- Euro per person/stay if required. We offer a towel package (1 bath towel and 2 hand towels) for 6,- Euro. The minimum occupancy is one week in the high season (July/August), otherwise 3 nights. |
Cancellation terms:
In the case of cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, a one-time fee of €50 is charged, up to 14 days before arrival €100, after which 80% of the holiday home rental is due.

In the surrounding area: In Burhave (approx. 15 minutes by car) you will find the ffn-Nordseelagune, which invites you to enjoy the beach in summer. There is also a play barn in Burhave, which offers an alternative in bad weather. Nordenham as a shopping town is approx. 25 km away. It is recommended to arrive by car.
