front door, ideal for families with children. It has a very
spacious living / dining area with modern fitted kitchen. On
the large green terrace with awning and comfortable
Garden furniture, you can sit comfortably and grill. garage
with parking space located directly at the house. The sea at
the 3 large nearby sandy beaches is very
clean and flat, ideal for children. purchases
can easily be done on foot. Children's travel cot,

Location and surroundings of object
The house is in the äuserreihe the plant Victoria. At only about 50m away sea a promenade runs, on this you will pass for a nice walk to many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. At the end, you will pass the yacht docks and eventually reach Gruissan Village, the old Gruissan with its market and Tour Barberousse. There are 3 beaches nearby, a Etang with surf school, a Intermarché supermarket and much more.

Beautiful, hospitable holiday home in Gruissan
We felt very comfortable, the house is well-kept and equipped with everything necessary. It is perfectly located within walking distance to the water and also the beach promenade with shops and restaurants!

Great little house!!!
I have been to this holiday house several times before. It is nicely furnished and has everything you need. There is plenty of space and the rooms are cozy. I could always reach the landlord if I had any questions, and the on-site support worked great. The holiday house is conveniently located just outside the city, so you can enjoy your holiday in peace. At the same time, you can easily reach and explore the beautiful surroundings from there. There are several leisure activities available. Overall, always a successful holiday.

Family vacation 2010.
We found the holiday home as described; we were warmly greeted by the property management. The 3 bedrooms were sufficient for 3 families to find space, and the living/dining room is very nicely furnished, making you feel comfortable at all times. The described beach (50m away) is only partially recommended, but it is sufficient for a quick cool down. However, within a 5-minute drive, there are several options to choose a beach to your liking. The Kiefer/Gensheimer & Gensheimer families say thank you for the wonderful vacation and can only recommend Gruissan and their holiday home!

Great vacation in a superbly equipped house!
Very well-kept and fully equipped holiday home in a great location, beach about 200m away, bakery within walking distance, large supermarket about 500m away. You can tell that the owners themselves vacation in the house, and accordingly, the condition is excellent. Additionally, the communication regarding a change in arrival date was very friendly, uncomplicated, and accommodating! We will gladly recommend the house!

Family vacation 2011
We really enjoyed it. The holiday home is very nicely furnished. Everything is available. The outside area is also very nice. The children were very enthusiastic. It would be good to have mosquito nets. The contact with the landlord is very good! Anglers will also get their money's worth. We have caught sea bream and mackerel. We will definitely enjoy our vacation here again in 2012.
