This vacation home is located in a quiet, rural area amidst green nature between Florence and Arezzo. It has a well-maintained fenced garden with extensive lawns, terraces, and numerous outdoor spots for relaxation. The covered, heated whirlpool offers romantic moments to holiday guests in the evenings as well. This beautiful natural stone villa has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, and one with two single beds on approximately 110 m² of living space on the same level. Directly in front of the kitchen, you have a beautiful terrace with seating, table, and chairs. A grill is also available for communal outdoor dining. The surroundings amidst Mediterranean green nature are perfect for walks, hikes, or mountain bike tours. Dogs are also allowed in this beautiful holiday home - so you can enjoy your Tuscany vacation with your four-legged friend!

The holiday home Bea is located about 4 km from Ortignano in a fantastic, quiet panoramic position. A golf course and also tennis courts are not far away. It is situated in the green, historic Casentino Valley between Florence and Arezzo. A versatile valley, where you can find everything from typical Tuscany to high forests. Many historical cultural sites, such as castles and monasteries, enrich this area, which is not yet overrun by mass tourism. The ideal environment also for hiking holidays, mountain biking or just relaxing.

Enchanting
We stayed in the flat for 2 weeks in July August and really enjoyed it. The flat is idyllically located away from all the hustle and bustle in the green above Poppi. The flat has everything you need as a holidaymaker. The two landlords are great, friendly, reserved people. We were constantly supplied with home-grown, fresh vegetables and herbs. The pool often provided the necessary cooling. We felt very comfortable there. Many thanks again to both of you. We will be happy to come back.
