Description

Buenos dias in Casa Sueno. A comfortably furnished cottage with living / dining room, LED TV.
2 bedrooms (double bed). 1 bright bathroom with window (shower, ground level).
Toilets with window, sink.
Open plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas hob with electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, kettle, etc. Washing machine.
Of course, Internet Wi-Fi (included).
A covered terrace (with dining table group) follows on from the kitchen area. An ideal place for all meals.
Large pool terrace with 4 x 8 m pool, covered and open terrace with seating, deckchairs, parasols,
Outside shower.
BBQ place in the Mediterranean garden with palm and fruit trees.
Sea views and views of the Penon de Ifach, the symbol of the Costa Blanca.

Winter vacation

Hello Gabi and Herbert,
we completely forgot to thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful house from January to including March 2025. Everything was perfect. The location, the small but very cozy house, the furnishings, and the support from Conny and Wolfgang Glaser. Particularly noteworthy during the winter months is the pellet stove. Simple, clean handling and very effective heating. With the stove, it was no problem to heat the entire house. We didn't need to turn on the gas heating at all. Ideal. The glassed terrace was also wonderfully beautiful, allowing us to sit there in cold but sunny weather and enjoy the beautiful view all the way to Calpe. We are already looking forward to the next stay from January to March 2026.

Casa Sueño

We really enjoyed our holiday at Casa Sueño, there was nothing missing.
In the kitchen, you could find everything you need. Everything was clean. We could spend beautiful hours at the nice pool and cool down. The hosts were very friendly.
We would come again to enjoy our holiday.

Beautiful holiday

Spent another wonderful holiday

Everything is super clean and well-maintained, and cozy furnished. Nothing is missing. Having breakfast on the terrace in the morning and relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine to enjoy the peace. Relaxing by the pool. Wonderful! The care by Mr. Glaser and his partner was excellent again. We sincerely thank you for this wonderful time we were able to spend in your house. Ein gelungener Urlaub

we were already 4 years ago in your house Casa Sueno and could book it for this year again
And were lucky to book it again for this year, we were already thrilled then!
We spent a super, great holiday in your house in September and felt very comfortable. The newly designed terrace is beautiful and
invites you to have breakfast and a glass of vino in the evening! The garden is very beautiful, everything has blossomed, very nicely laid out!
The pool with the outdoor shower and the large seating area all clean and
super well kept! In the house itself there is nothing missing, the open kitchen is great, everything is
tidy and top clean! All the other rooms are comfortably furnished.
Mr. Glaser was always available for us and very helpful and nice!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Hello Schöller family,

Thank you for allowing us to spend our vacation in your beautiful home. We felt very comfortable.
There was nothing missing. The house and garden, including the pool, were very clean and well maintained.
In this very nice and peaceful residential area, one can relax well.
Restaurants, supermarkets, and the beach are nearby.
The communication before, during, and after the vacation was perfect.

Wonderful Easter days in San Jaime are behind us:

- The house Casa sueno is very tastefully furnished, has excellent equipment, and having breakfast by the private pool is simply fantastic.

- The surroundings offer a variety of activities: playing golf (9-hole course within walking distance), sunbathing on the beach (for those who need more than the pool), hiking in nature (ecological path towards Calpe, Ifach National Park, Cap D'Or, La Cala, etc.), culture (various markets, old town of Benissa, Alicante and Valencia, etc.). ), cozy bars and restaurants
--> there is something for everyone, young and old

- the contact with the owners in advance was very nice, totally uncomplicated, extremely helpful, and prompt. The on-site manager also cared very much about our well-being. The handling with him was also totally uncomplicated.

Furthermore, the weather has already been perfect and we were able to enjoy numerous sunny days. That was certainly not our last vacation at Casa Sueño in San Jaime.
