Description
Villa Anima is a newly built stone house with pool, near Porec, in a village called Labinci. The house is located in a fully enclosed, fenced with the wall plot of 800 m2 It consists of two floors. The ground floor has a living room with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A wooden staircase connecting the ground floor to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a balcony with seating garniture. From the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding olive groves. From the living room goes to a patio and a well-kept garden where is a pool of 20 m2 . The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, satellite TV and Internet. Pets are welcome !

The house is located in Labinci. Labinci is a place 7 km away from Porec, Tar-Vabriga and tourist village Lanterna. 10 minutes away by car, you can arrive at any of the beaches, of the West coast of Istria. Labinci is in hinterland of Porec, a very attractive tourist destination, where more and more guests search a place to rest. Labinci is a village located on a gentle hill, with a beautiful view on the towns of Porec, Tar, Novigrad, and the sea in the distance. In the village there are shops and restaurants.

Beautiful house with great facilities
We had some very very nice days at Villa Anima.
The house was newly renovated in June 2016 and all the work was done very well and no expense was spared on the materials used (unfortunately, this is often the case).
The house is very well equipped and there is nothing lacking. If something should be missing, the landlady is immediately, extremely nice and very helpful.
The outdoor area, including the pool, is very beautifully designed and well maintained. The only deduction of half a star is for the road that passes by the house, but it doesn't bother much (there is no visual contact, you only hear the cars a little bit).
recommend for: cultural and sightseeing holiday, holiday for singles, beach holiday
