Description

Within walking distance of the magnificent Zeeuwsen beaches, this newly renovated, detached holiday home. The vibrant center of Renesse with terraces, shops and restaurants located within cycling distance. The house is quiet in the small and very popular Beach Park Renesse. The large, sunny garden offers plenty of privacy. On the covered terrace you can enjoy the Zeeuwse country life, even if the weather should be slightly worse times.

The bright, tastefully furnished living room has a very comfortable sitting area with SMART TV with many German channels. The seating area is suitable for 6 persons. From the living room you enter through the swinging doors to the garden, where a cozy garden furniture is.

The new open kitchen is equipped with every luxury, including a ceramic hob with four burners, a dishwasher, a combi microwave and a large fridge / freezer.

The house has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds (box spring, 80 × 200) is provided and one bedroom has a bunk bed. The bunk bed is suitable for 2 children or one adult. In all the bedrooms are enough closets.

The bathroom has a shower and a sink. In the hall there is a separate toilet.

The whole house is heated with electric heaters. Also, there are free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. You can park on its own premises. In the garden is a garden shed with 4 bicycles. The extensive dune area in the immediate vicinity is suitable for splendid bicycle excursions.

"Beach Park 45" is the ideal holiday home for families with children and for everyone who loves silence and nature.
