Description

Within walking distance of the magnificent Zeeland beaches lies this newly renovated, detached holiday home. The vibrant center of Renesse with terraces, shops, and restaurants is within cycling distance. The house is quietly situated in the small and very popular Beachpark Renesse. The large, sunny garden offers plenty of privacy (from April 1, 2027, the garden will be fenced). On the covered terrace you can enjoy Zeeland country life, even if the weather should be a bit worse. The bright, tastefully furnished living room has a very comfortable seating area with a SMART TV with many German channels. The seating area is suitable for 6 people. From the living room, you can access the garden through the French doors, where there is a cozy garden seating area.

The new, open kitchen is equipped with every luxury, including a ceramic cooktop with four burners, a dishwasher, a combination microwave, and a large fridge/freezer combination. The house has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with two box spring single beds each, and one bedroom has a bunk bed. The bunk bed is suitable for 2 children or one adult. All bedrooms have ample wardrobes.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, bathroom furniture, and a second toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and a washbasin.

There is a separate toilet in the hallway. The entire holiday home is heated with electric radiators. There is also free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. You can park on the property. In the garden there is a garden shed where bicycles can be stored safely. The extensive dune landscape in the immediate vicinity is ideal for wonderful cycling trips.

"Beachpark 45" is the ideal holiday home for families with children and for anyone who loves peace and nature.
