You will find Villa De Zonnehof ideally located between Domburg and the center of Oostkapelle. This villa, with its unique character and a great garden overlooking the dunes of Zoutelande, has everything you need for a relaxing break. Enjoy long evenings with a glass of wine in the outdoor veranda next to your own wood-burning stove.

The living area
The contemporary living space is both stylish and functional, as well as boasting large windows which flood the space with natural light.

There is a well-equipped modern kitchen, a large wooden dining table to accommodate your entire group and a comfortable sitting area complete with TV and outside fireplace.

The bedrooms
The six bedrooms have been decorated in a minimal yet homely style with calming neutral shades and modern furnishings.
Please note: there are 2 attic bedrooms with a steep staircase! One bedroom is in the guest house in the garden and this room has a private bathroom.

The house features two bathrooms with attractive white tiling, one with bath.

The garden
The south-west facing garden is a haven of tranquility and the perfect place to unwind and relax with your group.
Top up your tan on the sun loungers and take advantage of the outdoor seating area, ideal for al fresco dining during the summer months.

Please note that the tourist tax is not included and is EUR 1,25 There is a caution of EUR 250,- which we collect in cash upon arrival. You can rent Bed sheets (EUR 9,50 ) and towels (EUR 6,- )from us, or take this with you. The sizes of the boxspring beds are 90x200 cm and duvets are 140x200 cm

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Private parking places at the house, which can accommodate several cars.

In the garden is a wood burner for nice summer and winter evenings! Also there is a Weber BBQ to grill perfect meals.
There are 6 bicycles which our guests can use free of charge.

Dogs are welcome but please let us know when making your reservation. Extra costs EUR 2,50 extra per day.
