Welcome to the new, luxury Beach Aparts I apartment located in the heart of Swinoujscie, the town famous for the most beautiful and large largest sand beach of Polish coast.

Boasting 70 m2 suite furnished with elegant interior prepared for 6 persons (for customer's request, so we offer cots for small children). The Beach Aparts I Provides our guests with the comforts of home. Our 3 separate room amenities include luxury bedding and linens, kitchenettes, plasma TV's with DVD players, complimentary WiFi access, and more.

Beautiful

The apartment is beautifully furnished, very tasteful, and above all, very clean. Nothing was missing, from the wagon to the beach border, everything was present. The contact with the landlord is very friendly. Our welcome gift was missing upon arrival, but right the next morning, a bag was at our apartment door. We had 2 wonderful weeks in Swinoujście and will definitely come back.

Very friendly and helpful landlord

Great last-minute vacation!

3 days from booking to arrival... and everything went smoothly. The personal contact with the landlord was hassle-free, very friendly, and always helpful. Thank you for the cycling tour tips ;-)

The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped for us (2 adults & 2 teenagers). The description is accurate and many "little things" were considered.

Location and distance are always relative and can be well checked with certain online services before booking. We did everything by bike except for getting the rolls. Shopping and going to the beach/promenade are also easily possible on foot.

Covered and uncovered bike racks are also available.

The entire building, the underground garage, and the courtyard can only be accessed with appropriate access permissions.

Whether the beds are comfortable, the sofa is the right color, or the TV is big enough... that everyone has to judge for themselves. We liked the apartment very much and we say THANK YOU!

We felt very comfortable.

We were four people for 1 week in this apartment. We missed nothing; the apartment is very modernly equipped. For this one week, our car was safely parked in the underground garage, and we only used bicycles, which is very feasible in Poland. We could park the bicycles within the secured residential complex. No key is needed for the apartment; everything can be managed through an app. The host also opened the front door contactlessly when we arrived. Shopping options and restaurants are easily reachable on foot. The beach is about 1 km away, as described. We didn't mind that at all. We can highly recommend the apartment!

recommended holiday apartment

We spent our holiday here with 6 people and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and pleasantly furnished. The service from the landlord is great. Therefore, I can only recommend everyone to contact the landlord directly with any questions or problems, as he always responds promptly. Anyone can check on Maps how far the apartment is from the beach. We had bicycles, so the distance was no problem for us. It's hardly possible to find a place closer to the Baltic Sea at this price.

Always worth a booking

I can only highly recommend this accommodation. Everything needed is available and everything is in the expected condition and clean. Any questions were answered immediately, always in a nice and polite manner. The location is perfectly fine. Everything you need is nearby. I only rated the location 4 stars because the beach is not right outside the door but a few meters away, which is about a 10-minute walk. We would love to come back.

Again with pleasure

We booked the holiday apartment with 1 child and 2 adults. I have to say that I traveled to Poland with 1-2 prejudices (lack of cleanliness and safety), but these were not confirmed at all. Thanks to the underground parking and monitored residential complex, I was reassured in that regard, and in terms of cleanliness, the facility was quite neat. After unloading everything and entering the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised. You know it from other providers who make a small apartment look huge with a few photos. But here it was as described... big, modern, and clean? Everything was as described and nothing was missing. I actually only have one criticism, and that is the beds, as they were very soft (not worn out?). But that's also a matter of taste. Otherwise, the apartment was really great. Thanks for that...

Newly built apartment with little charm and a view, as in Berlin Marzahn.

In the morning from 4:00 a.m., the seagull cries woke us up with a great echo between the new buildings. So, close the windows! The cabinets were partially locked (limited storage space). Luggage ended up on the floor. Upon arrival, the welcome kit and beer in the fridge were missing. The fridge was empty. I didn't use the underground garage because my roof box didn't fit through the roller door and I didn't want to constantly set it up and take it down. Landlord's tip: I should store the roof box on the balcony on the 1st floor. The underground garage was not under the house but accessible through an underground labyrinth. What annoyed me the most was that the distance to the beach indicated was not 800 meters away, but 2,800 meters away.
Always an endless march with grumbling children. The trip is now a month ago, but there has been no feedback on the 50 euro deposit and its return until today. Too bad, actually. Very disappointing. Customer service is non-existent.

Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat – auch wenn viele Gäste unsere moderne Wohnanlage sehr schätzen, verstehen wir natürlich, dass Wahrnehmungen individuell verschieden sind – sei es beim Architekturstil oder beim morgendlichen Möwengesang ?

Einige Punkte möchten wir jedoch gerne richtigstellen:

1. Entfernung zum Strand:
Die angegebene Entfernung von ca. 800 Metern bezieht sich – wie in der Anzeige vermerkt – auf die Luftlinie. Der reguläre Fußweg beträgt je nach Route etwa 10–12 Minuten. Mit kleineren Kindern mag sich das subjektiv länger anfühlen, was wir gut nachvollziehen können – nie war ein Bollerwagen sinnvoller ?

2. Tiefgarage:
Wir bedauern, dass Ihre Dachbox nicht durch das Garagentor gepasst hat. Die Anlage ist tatsächlich baulich so konzipiert, że Fahrzeuge mit überhöhter Dachladung nur eingeschränkt einfahren können. Der Tipp mit dem Balkon war als pragmatische Zwischenlösung gedacht, um Ihnen das tägliche Be- und Entladen zu ersparen.

3. Kaution:
Laut unserem System wurde die Kaution am 5. August 2022 rückerstattet. Sollte der Betrag bei Ihnen nicht eingegangen sein, bitten wir dringend um direkte Kontaktaufnahme – wir klären das umgehend und unbürokratisch. Uns liegt nichts ferner, als eine Rückzahlung zu verzögern.

Wir nehmen Ihre Hinweise ernst und nutzen sie intern zur Verbesserung – gerade was Kommunikation und Erwartungsmanagement betrifft. Es tut uns leid, dass in Ihrem Fall kein rundum positives Erlebnis entstanden ist. Vielleicht geben Sie uns bei einer anderen Gelegenheit die Chance, das wiedergutzumachen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Vacation rental with good amenities. There is really nothing missing. However, upon arrival in the evening, we noticed that one bed in the bedroom was unusable. We reported this immediately on the following day, a Saturday. The response came shortly after, "After the weekend, Konstantin, a specialist, will come on Monday to repair it." So, we continued to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room until Monday. On Monday, Konstantin came and looked at the broken slatted frame, realizing it couldn't be repaired in this state. He took a broken slat from the frame and left. We then received notification from the landlord that it would be repaired shortly. So we continued to sleep on the sofa bed. The next day we inquired about the repair, but the response was unclear – supposedly the necessary materials were not immediately available. This remained the situation until our departure, with no further communication from the landlord. Thus, from 10 SEPT. to 20 SEPT. slept on an uncomfortable pull-out sofa in the living room. As of today, 22 Sept. 2021, no message, apology, or compensation offer received. The apartment is absolutely recommendable. However, the service is more than unsatisfactory.

vielen Dank für Ihre offene und ausführliche Rückmeldung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch die defekte Schlafgelegenheit beeinträchtigt wurde und unsere Kommunikation in dieser Situation nicht Ihren berechtigten Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

Leider war das Bett im Schlafzimmer so stark beschädigt, dass es nicht sofort repariert werden konnte. Wie wir im Nachgang feststellen konnten, wurde der Schaden durch Gäste verursacht, die nur wenige Stunden vor Ihrer Anreise abgereist sind. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass uns zwischen den Aufenthalten nur ein begrenzter Zeitraum bleibt, um die Wohnung gründlich zu reinigen und für neue Gäste vorzubereiten – eine vollständige Funktionsprüfung jedes Möbelstücks ist in dieser kurzen Zeit oft nicht möglich.

Ein Techniker wurde umgehend beauftragt, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass das Lattenrost des Betts einen Produktionsfehler aufwies: Die Tragleisten konnten sich verschieben, wodurch bei bestimmten Bewegungen die Matratze durchbrach. Das Bett wurde mittlerweile umfassend und stabil repariert.

Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, auf der Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts schlafen mussten, wurde inzwischen vollständig durch ein neues, modernes und sehr bequemes Modell ersetzt – auch dank Ihres wertvollen Hinweises.

Trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten freuen wir uns, dass Sie die Wohnung selbst als empfehlenswert empfanden. Als Zeichen unseres Bedauerns möchten wir Ihnen für einen zukünftigen Aufenthalt bei uns einen Rabatt anbieten.

There aren't really 3 bedrooms.

The apartment was not ready when we arrived, the wet bedding and towels from the previous tenant were still hanging wet on the balcony. We had to remove them. It was booked for 5 people. Only the main bedroom was prepared and there was no third bedroom as indicated. A sofa bed in the living room was shown to us. Fortunately, we had brought a guest bed just in case. I had to gather the blankets and the completely crumpled bedding that was lying in the closet. Far from luxury bedding. The towels were not white but more gray and not really clean. . . Nobody showed up at the agreed departure time, only after several calls did someone appear. There was neither a welcome gift (as described in the ad) nor the advertised Polish beer to be found.

Gerne möchten wir auf einige Punkte eingehen:
1. Aufteilung der Schlafmöglichkeiten:
Wie in der Beschreibung und in den Fotos ersichtlich, verfügt die Wohnung über zwei separate Schlafzimmer sowie ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa für zwei Personen. Diese Aufteilung hat sich bei vielen Familien und Gruppen als praktisch und ausreichend bewährt. Wir verstehen jedoch, dass die Bezeichnung „3 Schlafzimmer“ möglicherweise anders verstanden wurde – wir werden die Beschreibung künftig präziser formulieren.
2. Sauberkeit von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern:
Unsere Reinigungs- und Wäscheregeln sehen vor, dass jedem Gast frisch gewaschene, gebügelte und duftende Wäsche zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Sollte in Ihrem Fall etwas nicht unseren Standards entsprochen haben, tut uns das sehr leid. Leider haben wir während Ihres Aufenthalts keine Nachricht oder Rückmeldung von Ihnen erhalten – wir wären jederzeit telefonisch, per E-Mail oder SMS erreichbar gewesen und hätten sofort reagieren können.
3. Begrüßung und Willkommensset:
Normalerweise bereiten wir für jeden Gast ein kleines Willkommenspaket vor – inklusive Getränken und lokaler Empfehlungen. Wenn dies bei Ihrer Ankunft gefehlt hat, bitten wir aufrichtig um Entschuldigung. Wir haben intern bereits Rücksprache gehalten, um solche Ausnahmen künftig zu vermeiden.
4. Ankunfts- und Abreisezeiten:
Wir weisen unsere Gäste stets darauf hin, dass die angegebenen Zeiten ein gewisser Rahmen sind, in dem kleinere Abweichungen – besonders an Wechseltagen – nicht auszuschließen sind. Wir bitten um Verständnis, wenn es dadurch zu Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist.
5. Kommunikation und Betreuung:
Es tut uns besonders leid, dass Sie keine Möglichkeit genutzt haben, uns während Ihres Aufenthalts direkt zu kontaktieren. Unser Serviceteam war – ausnahmsweise – an diesem Tag in einer Ersatzbesetzung unterwegs, was eventuell nicht unseren gewohnten Standards entsprach. Dafür möchten wir uns entschuldigen.

Summer, sun, relaxation.

The spacious apartment is decorated in a maritime style with attention to detail. The basic amenities are clean and fully functional. The environment is quiet and central. In just 15 minutes, you can reach the city, the harbor, or the beach. Dining and shopping options are just around the corner.
On our next visit to Swinoujscie, we can definitely imagine inquiring here again.

Top apartment - very friendly and attentive hosts

We found a top-equipped and well-maintained holiday apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. Beds were made, towels were plentiful. The consistent color and design concept is convincing. Even for families with children, everything has been thought of - even the beach toys are in the closet. The underground parking space and the accessibility of the apartment via elevator are an additional plus. Among other things, there is a SodaStream, shopping bag, beach tent, luggage roller, etc. available - equipment that you might not necessarily expect. "Around the corner" there is a supermarket, currency exchange, and cafes/restaurants. We would recommend taking the car to the beach. The hosts are HOSTS . . . . We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this holiday apartment.

Holiday in Swinoujscie

We liked the flat very much, it is large and modernly furnished and also has a wifi connection.
We were very satisfied.shopping facilities,playgrounds for children,restaurants and beach all nearby. The Czajkowski family and Mrs Renata were very friendly and we will gladly recommend their holiday flat to others.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Overall, we were very satisfied. The apartment is very nicely furnished and relatively large. There were 6 of us there.
The apartment is very centrally located, yet it is very quiet and therefore pleasant.
The only downside is the lack of a dishwasher, but that should not be a problem for a few days.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

We really liked the vacation rental. Everything was very neat, clean, and well-equipped. We have stayed in several vacation rentals and hotels that were not nearly as nice as this one. We can only recommend it.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

We decided at short notice to spend the weekend at the seaside.

The accommodation is perfect for this. Everything you could wish for in a holiday apartment was there. It was neat, clean, and the reception was very warm.

Perfect short break in a classy apartment!

We spent the weekend in Swinoujscie.

The apartment is furnished in a super modern style. It is very well equipped and clean. The rooms are spacious, and the apartment is definitely sufficient for 6 people. The kitchen has everything necessary, including a microwave and toaster, and a dining table for 6 people. However, we didn't cook much here; we went out to eat. The bathroom is new and practical, equipped with a shower and a washing machine. Nice hallway, very beautiful maritime decor, pictures and decorations, a soft carpet, and a large balcony. The apartment and the building (including the elevator) are in impeccable condition, everything looks new.

Parking spaces are available at the house.

The key handover was punctual, and the landlord was very friendly.

The apartment and the area leave little to be desired. We really enjoyed our short break here and will definitely come back.

Simply beautiful!!!

A beautiful apartment. It is very cozy, modern, tastefully decorated with attention to detail, everything is very new and well-maintained. The equipment is top, everything you need is available and offers plenty of space even for 6 people.

Everything essential is provided, there is also a balcony, parking spaces in front of the door, WiFi, and in bad weather a TV with German channels that work.

The house, like the apartment, is in impeccable condition. The landlord is very friendly, the key handover was uncomplicated and punctual.

Perfect location: only a few minutes' walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, and shopping opportunities, yet at the same time very quiet.

We stayed for a week and felt completely comfortable. As a farewell gift, the landlord gave us a photo album of Świnoujście. A great gesture.

We would love to come back.
