Description: Stone summer house suitable for max. 2-3 adults (or family with 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years), fully furnished, with private terrace.
Ground floor: Hallway, shower / WC, separate freezer. Living room with digital flat-screen TV with all Dutch channels, NEW: Chromecast (watch Netflix with your own account or watch YouTube videos), Blu-ray and DVD player, Internet / WIFI (with its own router) and radio / CD player, a separate new kitchen with, among other things, a new induction cooktop that is easy to use, and new pots, a dishwasher (with sufficient dishwasher tabs), refrigerator and a combination oven/microwave. High chair. 1. Floor: Sleeping area with 2 single beds (box spring beds), a large bedroom for 2 people with a large double bed 160x210 + a single bed and a baby travel cot. Central heating. Separate entrance and private terrace with garden furniture and clotheslines.
You receive a free parking space and 2 dune cards (children up to 18 years have free access to the dunes).
NEW 2023: TV with Chromecast, so you can watch using your own NETFLIX account. And we have faster Wi-Fi, now 175 Mb! NEW 2024: Induction cooktop, hard stone countertop and sink.

Location and surroundings of object
Location: +/- 50 m distance from the dunes and 300 meters from the beach and the center. You can enjoy in the spring of colorful flower fields. In about 5 min. You are at the beach where you can walk in any season or sit in the sun on the many terraces. In summer you can enjoy live music and there is a weekly market in the center and you can eat in many fine restaurants. There have been doing a lot of nice trips in the area (see our summerhouse - Tourist map). For small children there is a playground in the street. You can also visit the historical and cultural city of Alkmaar (20 minutes by car).

You can visit the historic city of Alkmaar, this is 20 minutes drive from Egmond aan Zee. Here, every Friday is a big cheese market with cheese porters as happened in earlier times. You can rent a boat to sail through the canals. The historically beautiful capital city of the Netherlands, Amsterdam is 3/4 hour drive from our holiday house.
You can visit the harbor city IJmuiden (half an hour drive) where where the New Castle ferry arrives and departs.
It is also nice to visit the picturesque art village of Bergen or the many historic towns like Monnickendam, Hoorn, Medemblik, Enkhuizen.
If you drive to Den Helder (3/4 hour), you can go by ferryboat (half an hour) to the beautiful island of Texel and sail along the Wadden Sea, where you can see seals.
In our house is a tourist folder with many outings in the area.

Vacation in Egmond aan Zee
We had a good stay in the holiday apartment. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location of the apartment was close to the center yet quiet. There were sufficient parking spaces available at the apartment. The landlords were available for questions at any time and were very nice and friendly. We had a lovely stay in Egmond aan Zee and will definitely come back again.

We have never been welcomed so warmly,
very nice landlords.
The holiday apartment is small but fine,
everything you need is available.
Since the apartment was very clean, we felt comfortable right away.
The stairs are quite steep, but despite our older age, it was manageable.

Vacation in Egmond aan Zee
It was a beautiful accommodation for our vacation at the end of September.
Everything you need for a vacation is available, everything is very nicely furnished.
You can quickly get to the North Sea, the dunes, and the city center
with a large supermarket.
The most important German TV
programs are easy to watch.
There is a small terrace in front of the house,
with sun from 10:30 at the end of September. The beds are very good and comfortable, but you have to go up a steep staircase to get to the upper floor.
If you are good on foot, no problem.
Free parking in front of the house.
Very nice landlords.
We would love to come back.

Very nice hosts. Cozy furnished summer house, very well equipped with everything, we missed nothing. Very good mattresses, quiet location. Ideally located to the dunes, beach, and shopping street.

Cozy vacation home
The cottage is decorated with cheerful colors, located close to the beach and center, and conveniently situated for further excursions. Large bedroom, good bed. Everything is available and good wifi! In bad weather, you can watch plenty of movies! A recommendation from the host: the Beatles museum in Alkmaar! You feel transported back to nostalgic times! We had a wonderful vacation in Egmond, worth repeating.

sehr nette Vermieter.
Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein,
es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Da die Wohnung sehr sauber war haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt.
Die Treppe ist wohl sehr steil aber trotz unseres höheren Alters war es machbar.
Alles was man im Urlaub benötigt ist vorhanden, es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet .
Man ist schnell an der Nordsee, an den Dünen und in der Innenstadt
mit einem grossen Supermarkt.
Die wichtigsten deutschen Tv
Programme sind gut zu sehen.
Es ist eine kleine Terasse vor dem Haus,
ab 10:30 mit Sonne Ende September.
Die Betten sind sehr gut und bequem man man muss allerdings eine steile Treppe hinaufgehen um in das Obergeschoss zu kommen
Wer gut zu fuss ist, kein Problem.
Kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Haus.
Sehr nette Vermieter.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war perfekt.....das kl.Häuschen war prima ausgestattet.Zur Begrüssung gabs eine Flasche Wein....man konnte es sich schön gemütlich machen bei Kerzenschein.
Man war in 2 Minuten in den Dünen.....8 Minuten zum Strand.....zum Ortskern war es auch nicht weit......rundum schön.
Die Gastgeber supernett.....wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Sind von unseren Vermietern Alexandra und Nico sehr herzlich begrüßt worden.
Diese Freundlichkeit unserer Nachbarn setzte sich in dieser Woche immer wieder in den Vordergrund.
Es ist nicht das letzte mal das wir in den Niederlane unseren Urlaub verbracht haben.
Wir versuchen auch wieder einen Termin im Ferienhaus De Dukdalf zu bekommen.
Noch einmal vielen lieben Dank an Alexandra und Nico unseren Vermietern,die uns so freundlich empfangen haben.
Haben uns in Ihrem Sommerhaus De Dukdalf sehr wohlgefühlt.
Das Sommerhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen, selbst eine kleine Auswahl an Gewürzen und Kaffee ist vorhanden gewesen.
Selbst Spülmittel und Flüssigseife,wie Spülmaschinen Tabs sind vorhanden gewesen.
wir können uns nur bedanken für den tollen Aufenthalt in euren Sommerhäuschen.
Wir waren über Weihnachten (das Wetter war besser als manches Mal im Sommer ;-) dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!
In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt (Töpfe, Pfannen, Spülmaschine...) es gab alles um uns als 5-köpfige Familie zu versorgen.
Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten bei Ankfunft überzogen. Eine Flasche Wein und etwas zu Naschen standen auf dem Tisch. Vielen Dank auch noch einmal hierfür.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen...und mussten gerade feststellen, dass es für Sommer nächstes Jahr bereits ausgebucht ist. Kein Wunder...dieses Haus hat viele Wiederholungstäter...wir werden sicherlich dazu gehören!
Wir wünschen euch ein tolles Jahr 2019 mit vielen netten Gästen und Geschichten.

Da sind einerseits die Vermieter, die top sind: Flexibel (durch unsere verspätete Ankunft), nett und zuvorkommend (Begrüssung, Erläuterungen und Hilfsbereitschaft), andererseits die Ausstattung (alles vorhanden was man braucht plus mehr), die Unterkunft (wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause) und die Lage (Spielplatz um die Ecke, Strandnähe, Nähe zum Zentrum).
Wir haben gut in den Restaurants von Egmond gegessen, der Jumbo Supermarkt hat eine gute Auswahl, das Krankenhaus in Alkmaar war auch super (eins der Kinder hatte eine Blasenentzündung am Wochenende).
Kurzum: wir können es sehr empfehlen, an diesem Ort die Ferien zu verbringen - auch zu fünft!
Het huisje is erg mooi en gezellig ingericht, alles is aanwezig wat je maar nodig hebt in de keuken, de nieuwe vaatwasser is ook fijn.
De bedden sliepen heerlijk en 's ochtends hebben we bijna elke dag ontbeten in de zon op het gezellige terras, met veel bloeiende
bloemen. De duinen waren om de hoek en als 5 minuten langs de duinen wandelt ben je op het heerlijke strand Zuid, bij strandpaviljoen Zilvermeeuw.
We hebben ons hier erg thuis gevoeld en komen zeker terug naar De Dukdalf. We kunnen dit zomerhuis echt aanbevelen aan stellen of gezinnen.

Ich war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal im De Dukdalf.
Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und Blumen auf dem Tisch empfangen,
das war sehr nett. Wenn wir in Holland Urlaub machen dann in Eggmond und im Sommerhaus De Dukdalf. Der Gesamteindruck des Sommerhaus war sehr positv, alles war supe sauber, in der Küche fehlte es an nichts, Küchengeräte, Handtücher, Gewürze und Putzmitteles war alles da. Im Bad war für die Körperpflege alles vorhanden, auch ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Am Waschtich im Schlafzimmer war Seife so wie ein Fön vorhanden. Die Betten waren so gut
das wir schon in der ersten Nacht gut geschlafen haben. Ein Hinweis, es wäre schön die Kleider besser aufhängen zu können.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
Met de verhuurders Nico en Alexandra voelen we ons echt t'huis.
Op aankomst vinden wij altijd een fles wijn op de tafel en de vakantie begint meteen!
Naturlijk hebben wij al voor volgend jaar geboekt.
Die Vermieter sind nett, erfüllen auch Wünsche, die kurzfristig gemailt werden :-) :-)
Wir sind rundum zufrieden und freuen uns, in 2017 MINDESTENS 1x dort einen unserer vielen Urlaube verbringen zu dürfen.
