Welcome to the holiday home ambience, we offer you a holiday home in a cosy country house style and amenities that leave nothing to be desired, with your own parking space and bicycle parking spaces in the bicycle shed, large terrace with beach chair, garden furniture for 5 people and with a bit of luck a lot of sun (+ free beach chair on the beach). free W-LAN (thanks to MESH in the whole house and on the terrace) and telephone for free calls within the German landline network. Fully equipped kitchen, so you don't have to do without anything, and your entertainment is also taken care of, with 2 Sony flat-screen TVs ........

There are approx. 70 sqm available, for 5 persons (+ toddler - travel cot, high chair, toys and handcart are available).
As is well known, there is no bad weather at the seaside, only the wrong clothes, but should it become uncomfortable, it is important that you feel really comfortable in the house and have suitable entertainment.

Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, the attractive district of Wittmund, located on the East Frisian North Sea coast, directly in front of the island of Wangerooge, with 3 harbours (museum harbour in Carolinensiel and marina + ferry harbour in Harlesiel) and since the end of 2021 "North Sea spa"
The house is in the best location in Harlesiel and yet quiet, so that relaxation is not neglected - directly at the marina and only 600 m from the East Frisian Wadden Sea, a national park for 25 years and a World Heritage Site since 2009.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement prior to the start of the rental period by providing written notice to the landlord. Depending on the timing of the notice, a flat-rate compensation for incurred expenses and lost profits will be calculated: Withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of the rental period 20%, up to 20 days before 40%, up to 5 days before 70%, thereafter and in case of no-show 90%. The tenant is allowed to prove that no damage or significantly less damage was incurred by the landlord. The tenant may nominate a substitute tenant willing to enter into the lease agreement in their place. The landlord may object to this substitution if there are justified concerns regarding the economic or personal situation of the substitute. If a third party enters into the lease contract, they and the original tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rental price. Upon the tenant's withdrawal, the landlord must attempt to re-let the property in good faith and must credit any savings against the cancellation fees claimed. The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.

The holiday home is beautifully furnished with great attention to detail, very clean, the kitchen offers everything you need, underfloor heating in the bathroom is great, I would love to come back!

Super holiday
Simply excellent!!! Furnishings, cleanliness and everything else just great!! Thanks to the Wachtel family for such a lovingly furnished holiday home!!!! Will definitely come back!!! PS: Lighting at the car parking space would be advantageous!!!!! Risk of injury!!! However, this is not meant to be criticism but only a suggestion for improvement!!!

VACATION IN HARLESIEL
Very tastefully and stylishly furnished with love for detail, nothing is missing! A few more days of vacation would have been even more beautiful. The kitchen offers everything one could need, the living area provides plenty of entertainment (DVDs, CDs, books, games) - and we slept well too. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was a delight. But the best spot is on the terrace in the beach chair!!! We will be happy to come back soon, that's for sure, and we can also rely on the friendly on-site support!

A great holiday destination even in the winter months!
We dared to take a one-week vacation at the North Sea in winter. We immediately felt comfortable in the cozy vacation home. After hikes in the cold and North Sea wind, the house was "pure coziness". The new, modern kitchen invited us to cook. Games, books, and a DVD player ensured that boredom was not an issue. The vacation home lacks nothing. Everything has been thought of. In every detail, you can see the dedication of the landlords to create a cozy "home". We will definitely come back. Thank you very much!
