Description

Holiday flat for up to 5 people with 2 bedrooms and a living area. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and 1 single bed, TV is available in this room. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. A cot is also available for you (no travel cot). Living area with spacious, open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, microwave, two coffee machines, kettle, cooker, toaster, fridge-freezer and much more. In the living area there is a comfortable couch, fireplace as well as TV and a dining table. The entire flat is equipped with underfloor heating. Blackout options are available in every room. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, bathtub, shower as well as a double washbasin with hairdryer and first aid kit. Tumble dryer and hoover are available. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Barbecue area is available as well as balcony with seating. We are looking forward to your visit.

A newly built holiday flat awaits you. The village is located at the beautiful Hohennauener See, 3 km from the golf course in Semlin. In the village we have an ice cream parlour with a fish restaurant, a bathing beach, a baker, butcher, 2 other restaurants and if you get sick, no problem, we also have a doctor's practice
You can do many things from here, such as a trip to Rathenow, where the Buga took place in 2015, and you can also plan many activities here. Rathenow is 6 km away from here and can also be visited very well by bike. Stöln is 15 km away, where you can visit the Otto Lilienthal grounds and the Otto Lilienthal Museum. In Steckelsdorf you can try the most delicious ice cream in the whole area, which is also about 10 km away. It is also a paradise for anglers, as we are located directly on the Havel.

Perfect for winding down

We were four (children aged 1 and 4) with a dog in the vacation rental and that was really great, the furnishings are top, cleanliness is top and the landlady is also top. Many opportunities for walks, a bathing lake and a nice restaurant or ice cream café by the lake are within walking distance. For everything else, a 15-minute drive to Rathenow. The Optikpark and the locks are worth seeing and always something for children. Thanks again and we would love to come back :-)

Very nice accommodation

Great vacation apartment

I booked with Mrs. Lesch for my children and grandchildren and we were very satisfied. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need on vacation and Mrs. Lesch helped us with everything. We will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the lake. We were looking for a vacation rental for our summer holiday at short notice and found one with Mrs. Lesch. The apartment was great. . . . spacious, bright, beautifully furnished. . . . we lacked nothing. Mrs. Lesch herself welcomed us very warmly, and her son and his family were always there for us when we had questions and concerns. On the last evening, we even used the on-site pool and rounded off our relaxing holiday in Hohennauen wonderfully. Arrive and feel comfortable, Highly recommended!!!

We spontaneously stayed at Mrs. Lesch's place for Pentecost. Among countless vacation rental options, the reviews clearly favored the accommodation at Mrs. Lesch's cozy Seeblick. I find it very positive that dogs are allowed. The lady of the house (dog "Lotti") is really sweet. Bicycles should really be booked in advance, but we also spent our days very well without bikes. (Nice day trip to Rostock/Warnemünde) The apartment is simply stylish and we felt very comfortable. Mrs. Lesch is really very friendly, she also offered our son to swim in her heated pool. We will come back and then explore the area by bike.

Super Ferienwohnung

We arrived in pouring rain and were compensated with a modern and lovingly furnished holiday apartment. Mrs. Lesch and her dog Lotti warmly welcomed us, and we immediately felt comfortable. To our daughter's delight, the Wi-Fi worked great, and there were also two flat-screen TVs. The lake is only a few meters away, and the bread rolls from the nearby bakery are delicious. From Rathenow, you can reach Berlin by train in one hour. The Optikpark in Rathenow is also worth seeing and easily accessible by bike thanks to the well-developed cycle paths. Our daughter was allowed to swim in Mrs. Lesch's pool, which was much warmer than the water in the lake :-) We mainly chose the holiday apartment because of "Lotti", for whom we always had a treat. She is a very sweet dog who is very well-behaved. Dear Mrs. Lesch, dear Lotti, we thank you for our wonderful holiday in your super beautiful holiday apartment. Very nice !!

We stayed with the Lech family in their vacation apartment from July 10 to 18, 2017.
Our group included Grandma, Grandpa, and the 3 grandchildren (13, 12, and 5 years old). The weather wasn't suitable for beach bathing, but the two older kids swam in the heated pool and the little one enjoyed the bathtub.
The apartment is very nice and comfortably furnished. The Lech family was very friendly and accommodating. Lotti, the dog, was a good companion for the children.
If something was forgotten during shopping, the Lech family had it there. We visited many sights on days out by car in Sch. .

Perfect all around!

We had a wonderful extended weekend in Mrs. Lesch's holiday apartment where we lacked nothing. The apartment was cozy and perfectly set up for the pre-Christmas season, complete with a beautiful Advent wreath :-)
We traveled with our young daughter and she also felt very comfortable, probably in part due to her lovingly arranged and nicely made baby cot.
The proximity to the lake and the beach is ideal for parents with children. At this point, we would also like to thank you very much. We're already looking forward to our next stay and would love to come back.

Schöne Wohnung, nette Vermieterin

The apartment is very modern & stylish, we felt comfortable immediately. Everything you need is there: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fireplace, grill, free WiFi, pool, and even underfloor heating (can't be turned on in the summer). Frau Lesch is very nice and committed, took care of everything. When we found ourselves in front of closed doors at one local restaurant (Pille Palle was closed on Mondays), we were fortunately able to buy meat and sausages from Mrs. Lesch, as she runs a snack bar in Rathenow and always has enough in stock.
If you need multiple bicycles, it's better to order them in advance. We were a group of five and unfortunately didn't get any more. Without a bike and car, there isn't much else to do in the area besides hiking and paddling. There is, however, a bus nearby that regularly goes to Rathenow.
