Description
It is the biggest apartment of the country house, placed on the ground and on the first floor, with private entrance.
On the ground floor there is a huge living room with couch and TV. In the same room there is also the kitchen with the dishwasher and a big table and the bathroom with shower and a small utility room.
From the dining room you can reach through a beautiful staircase the first floor with its 4 rooms: 2 rooms with a double bed, a double room and a room with a French bed and bathroom with shower. In each room you will find the ceiling made of wooden beam and the original tiled floor. From the loggia on the first floor you can enjoy the relaxing view on the swimming pool, where it’s possible to eat. Outside there is a large entrance porch furnished with sofa and armchairs, to spend pleasant and relaxing evenings and a loggia overlooking the pool which can be accessed from the kitchen. The lodge is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, just steps from the pool, surrounded by nature.

Location and surroundings of object
This country house is placed in a pristine landscape in the hearth of the region's countryside, on a natural terrace which looks to the sunset, in direction of the Apennines mountains. All around soft and undulating hills, covered with fields of wheat and sunflowers, that offer to the guests unique and unforgettable moments.
From the country house you can quickly reach the Adriatic coast, with its many beaches, and nearby historic towns, such as Mondavio, or major cities like Urbino (UNESCO Heritage Site) and Pesaro (the native city of the composer Gioacchino Rossini).
La Casa in Campagna has 4 cozy holiday apartments, place for 2/8 people. Each apartment has its own sitting-place outside, porch or gazebo, fitted with table and chairs.
Outside you can cool off in the pool, fitted with sun-umbrellas and sun-loungers. Guests have also free access to the barbecue area.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
Special booking conditions 2021: For reservations confirmed starting from 01/12/2020, the following cancellation policy will apply: - cancellation up to sixty (60) days before the arrival date: 100% refund of the rental price; - cancellation from sixty (60) days before the arrival date to the arrival date: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund); - cancellation during the stay: cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rental price (no refund). Cancellation due to force majeure COVID-19: in case of cancellation of the reservation due to proven travel impossibility due to government regulations restricting the freedom of movement on the national or international territory imposed to deal with the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency, Anita Villas will refund the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to the guest's duty to notify Anita Villas starting from 7 days before arrival, and in any case within the day before the booked stay, of the cancellation of the reservation with specific indication of the reasons mentioned above. Please note that any possible refund will be made by bank transfer in favour of the booking holder within the end of the year of the cancelled reservation. In the event that the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, in the event of a refund, an amount equal to 3% of the amount paid will be withheld for payment management costs.
