Description
Sunny 2-room apartment in a listed house on the edge of the old town. From our quiet holiday flat you can reach the Stone Bridge or the Winzerer Heights with the most beautiful view of Regensburg in 10 minutes on foot.
At the nearby Regen river you can get some fresh air, go swimming or cycle along the cycle path with our rental bikes.
Our holiday flat in the 2nd 0G is approx. 45 sqm and has a cosy bedroom with a double bed. Another sleeping possibility for 2 persons is possible in the living room on a comfortable double sofa bed. Cots and highchairs are available on request. In the living room there is a cosy seating and dining area.
The small kitchen with sliding door is integrated in the living area and fully equipped.
Of course, you have free internet access and TV with cable connection
The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, WC, towel radiator and hairdryer.
In the flat you will also find tips, brochures and interesting facts about Regensburg.
As a rarity, we provide a comfortable garage parking space for your car.
You are welcome to safely park the bikes you have brought with you.

From our holiday flat on the edge of the old town, you can easily reach all the sights on foot.
Cafes, bakers, butchers, supermarkets, organic food shops, inns, pizzerias - everything is in the immediate vicinity.
If you need peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle, the Winzerer Höhen, which are directly behind the holiday flat, invite you to go for kilometre-long walks or you can take a cycling trip along the Regen River.
You can safely store your car in a spacious garage.

Recommendation for visiting Regensburg.
Nice, simple but complete apartment, beautifully located within walking distance of the historic center. There are also good opportunities for walking in nature in the immediate vicinity. Garage for a car, which you don't need here because everything is within walking distance. Very friendly landlords. We spent a few wonderful days here and enjoyed Regensburg.
