Description

A stone's throw from dunes and forest away "De Hoege Woninck". In 10 minutes by bike to reach the beach and the center. This cozy family house has a magnificent enclosed garden with a heated pool. The pool can be used from May to September.

Down the hall with cloakroom and separate toilet you enter the spacious and stylish living room with a cozy dining table. In the comfortable sitting room you can cozy fireplace enjoy the evening. A second seating area is located near the TV. The house has digital TV with many international channels. From the living room you reach the light, surrounding the green conservatory. Again, there is a dining table and a seating area. Here you can relax in a comfy chair with a good book.

The sliding panel provides access to the terrace with a comfortable patio set and barbecue from the living room. You can at any time enjoy the Zeeuwse country life, while the children are having fun in the pool.

In the simple, open kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator / freezer, a combination microwave and a dishwasher.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms. Two rooms have a single bed and one room has a double bed with TV and sink. In all the bedrooms are enough closets. The simple downstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.

About the spiral staircase in the living room you reach the mezzanine with pool table. On the first floor there is also a simple bathroom, in which there is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet are. The bathroom leads to the master bedroom with box spring beds and a television.

The whole house is centrally heated. Also you have a washer and dryer. Free WiFi. You can park on its own premises (fully enclosed). The garden shed is large enough, for example, their bicycle.

"De Hoege Woninck" is particularly suitable for those who want to feel on holiday at home. This is not a typical holiday apartment, but a cozy house with a beautiful family history.
