For bookings of 5 nights or more, we offer 2 flats + 2 holiday homes incl. towels, bed linen, visitor's tax and 50,- € final cleaning incl. W-LAN and kitchen fully equipped as follows:
1-room flat 40 sqm with 3 sleeping places:
with kitchen, bathroom, living/sleeping area, flat screen TV dining area for 4 persons and bar-counter dining area for 3 persons, balcony with privacy glass.
2-room flat 50 sqm with 4 sleeping places:
with kitchen, bathroom, living room flat-screen TV dining area for 5 people, 1 bedroom and 2 balconies with privacy glazing.
Guest house 1 50 sqm with 5 sleeping places + underfloor heating :
Angle terrace with privacy planting and garden share, downstairs living room with TV, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and dining table for 6 people, In the upper part of the sleeping area : 4 pers. 1 double + 2 x single bed, in the living area sofa bed with slatted frame with cold foam mattress 140 x 200cm
Guest house 2 ground level 50 sqm with 5 sleeping places + underfloor heating :
Bedroom : 4 pers. 1 double + 1 bunk bed for 2 pers. + living room with 40" flat screen TV, sofa bed 130 x 190cm, bathroom, fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, dining table for 6 persons, 9 sqm terrace with seating set and garden share
Equipment of all objects :
4/5 balcony/terrace chairs and glass table. Loungers are available for you free of charge.
Parking on the property, garden pavilion, barbecue with electric coal lighter, chairs and table with parasol, ball and badminton.

Our active guests can rent our 12 in-house bicycles with gears at reasonable prices, 2 children's bicycles 18"+20" are free of charge, advance booking would be advisable as the bicycles may be rented and offered at higher prices in the village.

2-room-apartment 50 sqm : 3 sleeping places in the bedroom + 1 sofa bed 140cm x 200cm in the living area for 1 person
Guest house 1 with 50 sqm : 4 sleeping places in the upper sleeping area + 1 sofa bed 140cm x 200cm in the lower living area for 1 person.
Guest house 2 at ground level, 4 sleeping places in the bedroom + 1 sofa bed in the living room for 1 person.
A child's bed incl. bed linen (up to 2 years) can be placed in each object free of charge.
Surcharge for 5/6th person on request.

has a living-sleeping area with double bed 160 x 200 cm and sofa bed 140 x 190 cm as well as separate kitchen and bathroom
2-room flat :
offers in the living room 1 sofa bed 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 single bed 90 x 200 cm, as well as a separate kitchen and bathroom.

In the lower living area 1 sofa bed 140 x 190 cm with slatted frame + cold foam mattress, bathroom and the kitchen with dining table. In the upper part of the house, accessible via a staircase, secured with a child safety gate, the sleeping area with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 x single bed 90 x 200 cm

Towels (changed weekly) and bed linen are included. Beach and bath towels are not provided and must be brought along, 12 in-house bicycles (2 x with child seat) 28" + 26" + 1 x 24" can be reserved on request, 1 children's bicycle 18" and 20" each are free of charge on reservation. For bicycle tours you will receive a route plan and a map of Grzybowo with a map of Kolberg.
E-bikes brought along: ACCU CHARGING = 3,- € per bike + week, ACCU CHARGING is only allowed outside the house. The tenant is liable for damage caused by defective AKKU. The exclusion of liability applies to the parking of own bikes.
A cot incl. bed linen (up to 2 years) can be brought along free of charge. Additional person against surcharge on request
Breakfast is not offered, but can be taken as a buffet in the nearby hotels.
A washing machine is located in the main house and can be used by arrangement, for a fee of 2,- € incl. detergent per wash.

Great family vacation
We spent 1 week in March/April with 5 people (2 adults and 3 children) in Mrs. Patrzek's house 2. The house is perfect and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The landlords were very nice and we could contact them with any questions at any time. The beautiful sandy beach is about 5-10 minutes away on foot. The supermarket is 2 minutes away. We had a great and relaxing holiday here and will definitely come back.

Toller Urlaub
Es war alles bestens. Der Vermieter war immer da wenn man Hilfe brauchte. Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Schönes kleines Häuschen
Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das Haus hat 2 Etagen.
Küche und Wohnzimmer/Schlafbereich hätten ein bisschen größer sein können, für 4 Personen, aber da wir perfektes Wetter hatten, war es super, nur draussen bzw. am Strand zu sein.
400 Meter zum Strand waren es leider nicht ganz. Wir haben 900 Meter gemessen.
Einen kleinen Shop gibt es auch fußläufig zu erreichen, für frische Brötchen oder ein gekühltes Radler.
Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen...aber eher wirklich nur für max. 3-4 Personen.

Perfect family holiday
If you want to spend a relaxing and beautiful holiday, you are in very good hands here
The landlord is very friendly and accommodating. The one-room flat is very well equipped and perfect for families with two adults and one child. Even the kitchen has everything you need. Balcony furniture, clothes horse, sand toys for the little ones, windbreak and parasol - everything is there. Bicycles of all sizes can also be rented. All this is rounded off by the location close to the beach and the immediate vicinity of Kolberg
It's just great and we'd love to come back.

Tolle Unterkunft ,herzlicher Vermieter
Man braucht nichts zu beschönigen, aber diese Unterkunft ( 2 Raum App.) sucht ihres gleichen in der Region. Wir waren schon überrascht eine so komplett ausgestattete Küche zu finden.Es passte einfach alles zusammen. Für 2 Erwachsene ideal - auch wenn das Wetter es mal nicht besonders gut meint. Wir hatten ein wenig Pech das der Regen nicht aufhören wollte aber im Umfeld gibt es wirklich viele Möglichkeiten dem Wetter zu trotzen. Hervorzuheben ist die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters. Alles war top und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

There was simply nothing to criticise!!!
We stayed in the 2 room flat with 4 people. The rooms are not only practical but also tastefully furnished. Everything is very clean and in very good condition. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Even a corkscrew and cake server are available. Some of the electrical appliances are of very high quality and a defective (4) toaster was immediately replaced with a new one. If you stay longer than a week, you get fresh hand and bath towels as well as a bath mat and tea towels after 7 days. A small selection of parlour games and lots of brochures from the area helped to keep things interesting. The landlord is very nice and helpful. The house is in a quiet side street but still not far from supermarkets, restaurants and stalls. The beach, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, is clean and offers a fantastic sunset. There is a large supply of bicycles which we did not use. We will definitely spend our next holiday at Villa Violetta again.

Super schöner Urlaub

gemütlicher Urlaub..
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Zum zweiten Mal schon.
Das haben wir auch dieser tollen Unterkunft zu verdanken. Ein schönes Häuschen in einer ruhigen nicht einsehbaren Ecke, mit allem was man so braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Toller Strandurlaub !!!
Wer diese Unterkunft bucht, kann gar nichts verkehrt machen. Es ist etwas versteckt, doch selbst dabei war unser netter Vermieter behilflich und holte uns von der Hauptstraße ab. Es war an alles gedacht, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und selbst Dinge,die man am Strand benötigt, wie zum Beispiel einen Windfang, standen für uns berereit..Man konnte Fahrräder ausleihen und auch im Garten grillen, er hatte alles vorrätig. Hatte man Fragen, war der Vermieter immer ansprechbar . Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub, sehr gern wieder. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit.
