Relaxed days in Oostkapelle

1. The booking was completely straightforward. The contact with Ms. Brouwer was excellent. She is a charming and attentive hostess. We immediately felt at home. There was a bottle of wine to welcome us. We toasted to a wonderful vacation with it.
2. The apartment is cozily furnished, has a large modern bathroom, is very well-maintained, and absolutely clean. Everything we needed was really there, and if something was missing, we could have simply asked.
3. It was great that we could park right in front of the house.
The walk to the beach may be a bit far for some, but it's absolutely manageable on foot. That's just part of the walk. Shops and restaurants are nearby.
4. We received great tips for excursions.
And not to forget: The peace and quiet were heavenly. We did not use the sweet little garden because it was a bit cool outside and we were very busy. We would book this apartment again at any time.

Great summer vacation

The holiday apartment with Mrs. Brouwer was very nice. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and everything you need is available. Although it is not a separate apartment, you live on the upper floor of the house, but privacy is fully provided. Mrs. Brouwer is very nice, helpful, and discreet. We were here as a couple and felt very comfortable. The location is great; within a few minutes' walk, you are in the center with a supermarket, restaurants, and a few shops. The beach is about 2 km away. It can be quickly reached by bicycle on a very well-developed bike path. We will gladly come back.

Great vacation apartment.

I have been to Holland many times, but I have never stayed in such a beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment. I felt completely comfortable. Mrs. Brouwers is a very kind and helpful person. I would love to come back.

A very beautiful, lovingly furnished and very clean holiday apartment. Very nice and helpful landlady. Quiet yet central location and only a few minutes by bike to the beach. The area invites you to wonderful bike tours to the surrounding towns. We had 2 very relaxing weeks and can only recommend the apartment.

Very nice holiday accommodation.

In addition to the lovingly furnished holiday apartment, the hostess Mrs. Jose Brouwer is very courteous and helpful down to the smallest detail. Communication is problem-free due to her good knowledge of German language. We felt very comfortable.

Arrive and feel good

We had some very nice and quiet days of relaxation in a beautiful holiday flat, personally furnished with style and heart by our very friendly hostess, where we wanted for nothing. On arrival we were given a bottle of wine and delicious chocolate. Thank you very much Mrs Brouwers :)
The kitchen was well equipped and had nice dishes. The beds were very comfortable and made for a restful sleep
The sea with its endless sandy beach is virtually on the doorstep. And walks through the dune landscape let us quickly forget about everyday life. Oostkapelle is a beautiful place. We would love to come back and thank you very much

Perfect holiday apartment!

Beautiful, lovingly and high-quality furnished. Everything you need and more. Exceptionally good kitchen equipment! We had ordered a baby cot and received a complete baby equipment with toys, bathtub, play mat, and high chair. Very friendly and helpful landlady. Really absolutely recommendable! Great location in Oostkapelle, centrally located for excursions in the area, even if the weather is not so nice.

Apartment de Groene Specht is a beautiful apartment, super clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of nice shops, restaurants, and a playground. It is about 2 km from the beach, easily accessible by bike and car, with a large parking lot at the beginning of the beach access.
The apartment offers enough space for 4 people and is fully equipped.
We had beautiful weather, and it was wonderful to be able to sit privately outside in the well-maintained garden. The apartment is child-friendly with a stairgate and child-safe outlets. José is a good hostess and always available. Upon arrival, there were flowers, a bottle of wine, and a gift for Eleanor (9 years old), detail: wrapped in Princess paper. Furthermore, you can play games in the evening as there is a drawer full of games, typically Dutch. Even in somewhat less good weather, it is pleasant here because the places Middelburg, Domburg, Veere, Westkapelle offer many possibilities and can be reached within 20 minutes. (by car) Without a doubt, a place to return to.

Great child-friendly holiday apartment!

We spent the Pentecost week with 2 adults and 3 children in this beautifully decorated holiday apartment with attention to detail. A baby cot and highchair were available for our youngest daughter. The apartment was also very child-friendly equipped (e.g. toys inside and outside as well as stair safety measures). Despite its central location in the village, it is very quiet. A playground, a supermarket, and restaurants are within walking distance. We rode our bikes to the beach, but it is also possible to walk. The landlady is very nice and friendly and did everything to make us happy. We felt very comfortable there and can absolutely recommend the vacation rental!

Great and very well-maintained accommodation!

We were at José's over Easter. She is a great landlord with a lot of heart. She fulfills every wish and knows how to ensure her guests have a pleasant stay. At the same time, she is hardly noticeable, behaves very discreetly, and allows for a lot of privacy. The accommodation, located in a quiet residential area, is very well-maintained and clean - José values this greatly, and everything is freshly washed after each guest (bedding, pillows, etc.). It doesn't look worn out at all and is equipped with high quality furnishings. The beds (box spring) are very comfortable. The apartment has a good layout, with 2 bedrooms far apart, one of them with garden access, a common living room/dining room. The kitchen is a bit small, but well equipped and complete. There is also enough equipment for children (beach wagon, high chair, travel cot) which José kindly provides. There are plenty of parking spaces. The supermarket is about a 8-minute walk away, the beach around 15-20 minutes. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back! Thank you and see you soon - José!

The holiday apartment is very nice and well maintained. We were welcomed very nicely and also had a really nice contact with the landlady. We felt comfortable with our 2 small children immediately. The landlady provided toys for the children, which was super sweet! If you need a holiday apartment where children are welcome, this is definitely the right place. When we come back, then definitely there!

Highly recommended!

Beautifully furnished and very well-equipped apartment with a lovely garden. Everything was perfectly clean and well-maintained. Very quiet location, yet only a 5-minute walk to the supermarket. Large playground just around the corner, and it takes about 25 minutes on foot to reach the beach with two small children and corresponding luggage.

Very friendly and child-friendly landlords. We can fully recommend the apartment.

Gladly again!!!

We had a few wonderful days in Oostkapelle. A lovingly furnished apartment where nothing is missing. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house. The landlords live downstairs and are very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very quiet, not far from the town center with a playground, supermarket, and restaurants. The beach can be reached on foot (approx. 20 min. with a child) or by car (approx. 5 min., on-site parking). We can really recommend the apartment and would love to come back ourselves next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a well-furnished apartment from where you can reach the town center in a few minutes. The apartment is on the upper floor, the landlords live downstairs and are very friendly and accommodating. It is very quiet in the neighborhood. The beach is about a 20-minute walk away (with a stroller). The region has many beautiful towns, great beaches, and lots of sights to see. We can gladly recommend the accommodation.
