Sun, beach, wind, waves. . Dreaming. Comfort at any season. Look forward to a modern sunny vacation apartment with exclusive facilities and loving details. Our vacation apartment is 64 sqm and spread over 2 levels, 2 bedrooms, open living/dining area, bathroom, and balcony. It is located on the edge of Norden Norddeich with very good transport connections.
In the open living/dining area, you will find a seating area with a sofa and wicker chairs, as well as a dining corner for cozy hours. Electric shutters, 32" TV, and WLAN are also included in the equipment.
The high-quality kitchen is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, freezer, coffee machine, coffee pad machine, toaster, waffle iron, and much more.
On this level, there is also a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and TV as well as a modern bathroom with a level-access shower and underfloor heating. In the spacious upper sleeping area, there are 2 single beds, 1 dresser, an armchair, and a TV. An infrared sauna is also available (for a fee).
On the sunny balcony, a beach chair invites you to linger.
The apartment includes a private parking space and entrance, a lockable bike shed, and two bicycles (no guarantee of readiness). You are welcome to use our Nordic walking poles.
Unfortunately, bringing pets is not allowed. We are pleased to welcome you as our guests.

Top holiday apartment furnished with love.
We stayed in the accommodation for just under a week. We lacked nothing. Everything was available. The decoration, the furniture, everything was fitting. We felt at home. And the cleanliness was the same. Everything was very well-maintained. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Incredible
We stayed with our children in the mariTimo holiday flat in Norddeich in October
The flat is well located in a quiet street and the North Sea can be reached by car in 5 minutes
The keys were handed over contactless via a safe at the front door
Perhaps a little impractical is the staircase in the entrance area, which makes a stay for people with limited mobility almost impossible. However, this did not apply to us
The holiday flat in a new building is above average and lovingly furnished. From the egg cooker to various coffee machines to 3 TVs and an infrared heat cabin, no wishes are left unfulfilled. The kitchen has all the utensils you need, which is really practical if you want to cook for yourself
The beds are very comfortable and there is enough space for clothes in the existing wardrobes
It was very sweet that even toys for the little guests were thought of. There are all kinds of games in a chest upstairs.
Unfortunately, the staircase to the first floor gets a point deduction. It is very (!) steep and our daughter (2) had her heart stopped once or twice
We know other holiday flats and can say from our point of view that this one was by far the best!
This was definitely not our last holiday at the North Sea and in the holiday flat mariTimo :-)

We felt very comfortable in the cozy apartment. The apartment is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. It is something special. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can prepare meals at home comfortably. Bring or rent bikes, then you are well-prepared for excursions in the area, the short distance to the beach or the ferry for trips to the offshore islands. We really appreciated the shutters for darkening the room and being able to sleep in properly :-). Fully recommended!

Anytime again, top apartment.
The apartment is fully equipped, nothing is missing; very clean and decorated with love. Quiet environment and perfect location for excursions in all directions. We felt very comfortable, anytime again.
