This exclusive new semi-detached house on a private plot is situated in a very quiet 1A location (play street) between Norddeich and Norden from the dyke or also from the ferry pier. In a few minutes you can reach the beach by bike or on foot. It is just as easy to reach the popular "Norder Fußgängerzone" (pedestrian zone) with all the amenities of a modern small town (restaurants, hotels, cinema, modern boutiques, shopping centres, clinics and much more).
Your approx. 80 sqm holiday home offers enough space for up to 4 people. It has a well-maintained garden and a terrace with high-quality garden furniture where you can enjoy the sun all day long. Two adult bicycles and a barbecue are available for free use in the garden house. You will live in a modern house, built according to the latest energy efficiency standards and flooded with light. Both the ground floor and the upper floor are equipped with underfloor heating, and all windows have electric shutters. The holiday home is rented out as a non-smoking house, so we ask the smokers among our guests to smoke on the terrace on the ground floor.
Our holiday home has been furnished with great attention to detail, so we offer you an exclusive kitchen with a high-gloss front and a sep modern cooking island, cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, integrated oven and also integrated microwave. All the usual kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle, egg boiler, blender, coffee maker, sufficient crockery and all the usual kitchen utensils are provided so that you can indulge in your hobby (cooking) even on holiday. The spacious, bright open living area offers your family all the comforts you need to feel at home, including a modern flat-screen TV and a dining area with comfortable swing chairs. A large leather couch also invites you to "lounge". The washing machine and tumble dryer in the HWR are available for free use. The floor plan was adapted to a 4-person household and offers every comfort with 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet.
A high-quality wooden staircase, designed as a half-swing staircase, leads to the upper floor. The luxuriously equipped bathroom and two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The floor consists of very good quality laminate, the bathroom is of course tiled. The master bedroom has an elegant double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a wardrobe with sufficient storage space and an integrated infrared heat cabin. The second bedroom also has a very nice double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) and is decorated in modern light grey tones, here a wardrobe also offers sufficient storage space. Both beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses, so that nothing stands in the way of a pleasant, healthy sleep. The harmoniously colour-coordinated daylight bathroom has a comfort shower with seamless entry.
Again, a high-quality wooden staircase leads to the attic studio. The studio with gallery is equipped with 2 separate comfort beds, which can be pushed together if required. Another flat screen TV leaves nothing to be desired. The headboards of the beds can be adjusted, so that it can be a pleasure to retire up here in the attic studio and watch a film or read a nice book in peace and quiet.

Your exclusive holiday home is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Norddeich. All leisure facilities such as the adventure pool "Ocean Wave", the children's playhouse, the popular seal breeding station, adventure mini-golf course, open-air pool, all spa facilities, the beach as well as the ferry port with connections to Norderney and Juist can be reached in a few minutes by bike or on foot. All shops for self-catering (bakery and butcher's shop) are within 5 minutes (500m) by bike, supermarket (Aldi, Lidl) are also 500m away. Norden, the town by the sea with even more flair!
Norden has a long history dating back to pre-Christian times, making it the oldest town in East Frisia. Sights such as the largest tree-lined market square in Europe, the Ludgeri Church with the beautiful Arp-Schnitger organ or the East Frisian Tea Museum with Museum of Folklore make Norden a popular tourist destination. The town consists of ten districts, Norddeich is probably the best known and most important district of Norden. You spend your holidays here directly on the East Frisian North Sea coast (a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE since 2009), where you can watch the tides wonderfully.
Norddeich developed from a fishing village into a popular coastal bathing resort and has been a state-recognised North Sea spa since 1979. in 1996, the Norddeich Clinic opened its doors, making Norddeich interesting for spa guests as well. In addition to its spa clinic, Norddeich has much more to offer, including a shallow sandy and green beach of about 14 hectares, the seal breeding station, the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool, the adventure golf park, children's playhouse, open-air swimming pool and much more.
For cyclists, there is an extensive network of cycle paths, allowing you to explore the beautiful East Frisian landscape. For pedestrians, there are mudflat walks and various hiking trails. In Norden-Norddeich you will also find the right culinary offer for every taste, whether on the dyke promenade or in the well-known pedestrian zone in Norden, you will find everything your heart desires, from simple snack bars to gourmet restaurants, from light fish dishes to hearty home cooking, from international cuisine to regional specialities.
There is also something for a convivial end to your shopping trip or an adequate start to the night. In the numerous restaurants, bistros, pubs and cafés you will find the necessary relaxation or the desired conviviality, depending on your mood.
Directly at the harbour of Norddeich you have the possibility to take the ferry to Juist or Norderney. In addition, many other destinations can be visited from Norddeich Baltrum, Langeoog, Helgoland, Aurich, Leer, Emden, Papenburg with a visit to the Meyer shipyard, the Ems barrage or the "Otto" lighthouse

Great accommodation!
It is a very tastefully furnished apartment. Nothing is missing. We immediately felt at home and very comfortable. We can highly recommend this accommodation. It should also be noted that communication with the landlord was excellent. There was a quick response to our request, the rental contract was quickly concluded, and the spa cards were provided digitally.

Arrived and immediately felt at home
We only had a short break from everyday life but felt very comfortable in the beautiful holiday home from the first minute.

Familienurlaub
Dsa Haus ist ein Traum und erfüllt alle Wünsche.Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet,so das man sich vom 1.Tag an sehr wohl fühlt.Es waren 2 Fahrräder vorhanden,wir hatten uns noch eins dazu gemietet für meine jüngste Tochter.Wenn man nicht gerade einen Grosseinkauf machen muss kann man alles per Rad erledigen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.Wir waren rundherum glücklich und empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter.

Jederzeit wieder
Habe eine Woche mit meinem Hund in diesem Haus verbracht und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr sauber, schöne ruhige Lage . Jederzeit wieder, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche im Ferienhaus Wattgänger verbracht.
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit vollständiger Ausstattung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, wir haben sehr zu gut geschlafen, auch weil das Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße/Gegend liegt. Prima waren die zum Haus gehörenden 2 Fahrräder.
Wir brauchten nur 1 Fahrrad für unsere Tochter dazu mieten (Fahrradvermietung in der Nähe) und konnten in dieser Woche ganz Norden/Norddeich mit dem Fahrrad erkunden und morgens die Brötchen holen (mehrere Bäckereien in der Nähe). Auch unser Hund hat sich im Ferienhaus wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Jeub war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Abwicklung der Vermietung lief völlig reibungslos.
Rundherum ein schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumurlaub
Wir haben bis gestern einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus Wattgänger verbracht. 5 Erwachsene und 1 Labrador hatten ausreichend Platz um zusammen die Zeit zu genießen. Das Haus ist in der Spitzenklasse anzusehen. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Service drumherum einfach super. Zum Empfang ein Willkommensgeschenk für den Hund und Erstausstattung für die Gäste, mit Spüli, Spülmaschinentabs u. Tüchern. Einziges Manko für uns, was aber keine Kritik ist, sondern ein Hinweis für andere Hundebesitzer: Die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern hat keine Stufenmatten und ist daher für unseren Labbi problematisch zum gehen gewesen, da er auf glatten Untergründen generell sehr unsicher ist, aber immer in seinem Hundekorb mit im Schlafzimmer schläft :-) Kommen dennoch gerne noch einmal wieder! Vielen Dank für das tolle Haus

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus
Das moderne Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und verkehrsberuhigten Seitenstraße.
Schon der erste Anblick des Hauses lädt zum Bleiben ein. Eine Terrasse mit Strandkorb, Stühlen und Tisch und einem großen Grillkamin und einem vollständig eingezäuntem Grundstück. Unser Hundeherz war glücklich, konnten wir doch den kleinen Racker ohne Sorgen auch mal im Garten ströpeln lassen. Toll:-)!!
Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig, modern, geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles aber auch wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Und alles ist sehr gepflegt.
Und es gibt Betten, in denen man schläft wie Zuhause!! :-)
Herzlichen Dank nochmal an den tollen Vermieter, der an einem Sonntag unsere seeehr kurzfristige Buchungsanfrage mit allen Formalitäten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit untertützt und möglich gemacht hat.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Traumferienhaus
Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft deckte sich genau mit unseren Erwartungen. Man fühlte sich von Anfang an zu Hause. Alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt war vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist Spitzenklasse. Es ist absolut niveauvoll und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet und sehr harmonisch abgestimmt. Wir machen schon seit vielen Jahren Urlaub in Ferienhäuser. Dieses Haus war mit Abstand das Schönste. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermieten war hervorragend. Wir können die unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Einfach traumhaft. LG aus Köln

Daumen hoch für dieses schöne Haus
Wir haben mit unserem Hund eine sehr erholsame Woche verlebt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, sehr beruhigend für Hundebesitzer. Das Haus ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, auch sonst fehlte es an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub mit dem Vierbeiner
Die wunderschöne Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Mein Hund und ich haben uns sehr heimisch gefühlt. Zorro hat den Garten gleich für sich eingenommen. Durch die Kompletteinzäunung war dies problemlos möglich. Auch der Hundestrand in Norddeich ist sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus und Umgebung
Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Einrichtung ist komplett auf das Thema Nordsee abgestimmt.
Die Straße vor dem Haus ist eine Spielstraße, so dass wir unsere Kinder bedenkenlos dort Fahrrad fahren lassen konnten.
Zusätzlicher Pluspunkt sind die Erwachsenfahrräder die vor Ort im Gartenhaus stehen, so dass wir unsere nicht mitnehmen mussten.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, aber auch Bekleidung und einen Spielwarenladen).
Ein wenig weiter, aber trotzdem sehr gut zu erreichen auch wanderläufig ist die Seerobbenstation, Ocean Wave, Spielhaus, etc. Auch der Deich ist mit einem schönen Spaziergang fußläufig in ca. 30 Min zu erreichen vom Haus.

Eine Urlaubsunterkunft in der man sich wie zu Hause fühlt !
Zur Lage:
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu in 10 min zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus selbst liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Spielstraße.
Zum Haus selbst:
Das Haus und die gesamte Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und super geschmackvoll eingerichtet und aufeinander agestimmt. Die Bäder sowie auch die Schlafzimer sind traumhaft schön (wie eigentlich das komplette Haus). Es durfte alles benutzt werden, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Fön, Fahrräder, Fernseher (vier Stück wenn man will) sowie Internetzugang (Wlan) und Grill im Garten. Die schnelle und nette Abwicklung sowie das super Haus haben uns einen schönen Urlaub dort verbringen lassen.
Vielen Dank dafür !! Wir würden uns freuen noch einmal Gast in Ihrem Ferienhaus Wattgänger sein zu dürfen.

Urlaub mit Hund
Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung spite, alles was man evtl. braucht ist vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse zum relaxen. Haben uns Dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
