a very nice part of the house with great possibilities to have breakfast and sunbathe outside, large terraces, very nice enclosed garden and in the low season also absolutely quiet.....
Our landlord Guido was always available and answered all our questions in detail and gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants. There was absolutely nothing to complain about, our next holiday in the complex is already booked.
Even our dog was totally thrilled and felt super comfortable, the location in the middle of the vineyards was perfect,

Great holiday in the off-season

A perfect time (even if it was a bit cooler than in other years)
Our 3 dogs also felt comfortable and the absolutely safe garden also gave us a calm feeling

The flat is really fully equipped with everything you need
Everything was doubled, so you could always load the dishwasher
The bread service is a hit and we have never found it like this before
Great terrace, fully covered, so you can sit even when it rains

Long walks around Lake Garda on various beaches were great. Unfortunately, the dogs always have to stay on a leash, but that's the way it is everywhere there
If you don't feel like going to the beach, the vineyards are right on your doorstep and you can also go for a walk
You have to use a car to get to the beach, but that's what they say - so no surprise there

We couldn't enjoy the pool as it was already closed

With dogs I can only recommend this property - absolutely relaxing

Pure relaxation!!!!

That was truly a vacation!!!! Two adults, one child, two dogs, and this little cottage with its own garden made our vacation perfect!!! It was simply perfect for us. And the best part, fresh bread rolls were delivered every morning!!! We really lacked nothing. And above all, a huge big praise to the property manager ? he was always there when needed. Everything is fine.

We spent 14 days in this apartment. It was clean, excellently equipped, and the service was great. The pool was always accessible during the specified times. The staff there is very friendly. Since we arrived with dogs, we would appreciate it if Cola would set up dispensers with poop bags. That might help solve some problems. Otherwise, a completely successful holiday. We would love to come back...

Fantastic summer holiday at Lake Garda

We were at the beautiful Lake Garda at the beginning of July. Our landlord was very friendly, helpful, and available to us at all times. The spacious and perfectly equipped 3-room apartment including 2 bedrooms/kitchen with a large garden was perfect for us (family 2 adults/2 children and dog). The kitchen is perfectly equipped with the basic necessities, and we didn't miss anything. We were able to use the grill on the terrace in wonderful grilling weather. The terrace offers plenty of space for dining/drinking together or simply chilling out. We fondly remember our vacation and have already booked for next year. The beautiful quiet surroundings are exactly what we were looking for. Lovely dog walks were on the agenda. The pool area was also very well maintained. Our rating is: "Highly recommended." Beach holiday with dog

We were at Lake Garda for the first time, it was a wonderful holiday with Barney, our Jack Russel Terrier. Fantastic service from Guido, contact via email and correspondence via WhatsApp worked well. The apartment with a fenced garden was perfect for our dog. The dog beach in Peschiera is excellent and highly recommended. Lazise is a lovely place with many good restaurants. Everything was a dream, the whole area! The holiday apartment is very well-equipped with everything you need for a vacation. Our car also had a covered, secure space on the premises, which was also protected by a gate with an electric locking system. Guido is immediately available if needed, a great service. We will be back!

Perfect vacation with a dog

We stayed in a similar apartment last year and knew it had to be good. And it was. The apartments are well furnished, and everything has been thought of. The garden and terrace complete the lovely accommodation. Guido always listens and the pizzas at the pizzeria taste not only very good to me, even though they are too large, but also the schnitzel and dessert. There is a dreamy thermal lake in the village for swimming. We will gladly come back.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit Hund

Starting from the uncomplicated booking, the warm welcome from Guido, and supported by the great weather, we had a great holiday in the holiday apartment for the 2nd time. Relaxing family vacation with children and dog

Dear Mr. Guido,
Thank you very much for the excellent support beforehand, on site, and afterwards. The arrival and check-in were excellently organized, and the apartment was just great. A wonderfully large and completely fenced garden, with a gate that could only be opened with a door opener or key. So it was escape-proof for the 4-year-old. The dog and the child loved the garden, and we even set up a small paddling pool for the little one. However, it was hardly used because the way to the beautiful outdoor pool was just a short walk across the street. That's what we liked best. Morning trips and afternoons at the pool with a children's pool.
In the apartment, everything was available that one needs, special extra the air conditioning. From the iron to the microwave, egg cooker, toaster, everything was there.
The bread service was, of course, a great extra.

On the balcony of the apartment, you have a wonderful view over almost the entire complex. The staircase from the garden up to the apartment is annoying but unavoidable due to the structural conditions. Nevertheless, it was a beautiful week with family and dog. Everything necessary is provided. The bread delivery service is excellent. I also believe that you cannot find a better landlord. Summer holiday 2018 in dream flat with dogs.

We (2 adults + 2 dogs) have now been to Lake Garda for the 10th time, but the holiday in this flat was the crowning glory. We were very happy with our stay and the service, the bread service was great and the weather was great too.
The bread service was brilliant and the weather was also good.
And most importantly, our two dogs felt super comfortable. The fenced garden meant that no one could get out. Guido was always there when we had questions, so the flat is absolutely recommendable. We can only join in with the 5-star reviews here! We arrived as a couple with 2 children and 2 dogs. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly functional. Nothing was missing and there was nothing we missed. We were extremely grateful for the air conditioning and various fans. The garden was fenced in such a way that my dog ​​did not find a way out. Guido is very accommodating, helpful, and a competent landlord. Even our last-minute arrival and outside the usual check-in time were handled very warmly and uncomplicatedly by him. The best part was the rental price transaction, a total sum including everything (people, pets, electricity, Wi-Fi, rent, towels, bed linen, ... everything), no hidden costs afterwards. a dream for humans and dogs

We stayed for a week with 4 adults and two dogs. The apartment has everything you need. Clean, very well-equipped. Cooking and grilling by ourselves, no problem. The corner plot is fenced, the dogs could move freely. Sun terrace with privacy. Pool just around the corner, clean and guarded. Shopping & eating & drinking all nearby. The small town Cola is charming. Beach in the vicinity & dog beach top. The host is amazing. So kind and would jump out of bed for his guests, even at night :-). The personal bread roll service (every morning at 7:00 on the dot) makes the holiday perfect. We are already planning to stay with Guido next year :-)

Summer vacation 2018

We really liked the holiday home. The location is very quiet and in a few minutes by car, you are at the water. It's a great starting point to explore the southern and eastern Lake Garda. Foundation for a beautiful vacation

The house is very beautiful and well-maintained. One could almost get the impression that it is not a vacation rental, but that Guido is leaving us his private house. Thanks to the location and the garden, we always found a spot to relax even in high temperatures. And inside the apartment, the air conditioning provided pleasant temperatures. We particularly appreciated the bread roll service and the opportunity to go for walks with our dog directly from the house. Getting groceries in Cola is possible, but a car is essential for shopping at larger supermarkets or going on excursions.

All in all, it was a great vacation - and if we ever come back to this area, we will definitely check first if Guido has an available apartment.

The landlord is very friendly and speaks German very well. The apartment is simply and functionally furnished. There is even a small TV with German channels and free Wi-Fi. The highlight is that fresh rolls are delivered every day. The garden is fenced with a hedge, so neither children nor dogs can escape unnoticed. As a welcome gift, there was water and wine... which we found very thoughtful. The neighborhood is quiet and the car is safely parked in a locked parking lot.
Oh, and the food at the landlord's restaurant (Fanasia on site) was also recommended. . . . . and with the landlord's card, there was even a 20 percent discount on the bill.
So, all in all, a nice vacation.

Great vacation week in Cola/Lazise

We had rented the apartment for a week, there were 3 persons and a dog, everything was very very good, location not directly at the lake but very nice and quiet. We had brought bikes and could go wherever we wanted. The equipment of the apartment is also very good, everything is available that you need, clean, all good. The bread delivery service was also great, we really enjoyed it. We stayed in the holiday apartment for two weeks.
We felt very comfortable there.
Since the apartment is also open to pets, there were still a few dog hairs left on the couch from the previous occupant. In the immediate surroundings, there were a lot of dogs accommodated, a lot of barking could be heard – for which the landlord is not responsible.
The apartment is well-equipped. The location is a matter of taste, as it is not directly in the action, but very quiet, and within a few minutes' drive, many attractions can still be reached.
The landlord is very very nice with very good German language skills. He is very dedicated to the customers.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

We stayed in the holiday apartment for almost a week. It is a very quiet complex and highly recommended for a relaxing vacation. The care provided by Mr. Guido was very good, and the bread service from the local baker was excellent. It was a bit of a shame that the communal pool only opened at 9 a.m. and had limited use (no ball throwing, fins, or jumping allowed for children)… but it was very clean and well-maintained… just a pool for relaxation. It was great that one could go jogging wonderfully in the surrounding area. Colá is a beautiful small place with friendly people.
The facilities of the apartment are good, the beds are comfortable, and in case of problems, Mr. Guido is a very good point of contact.
We can truly recommend the apartment for a nice relaxing holiday in beautiful Italy. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome.

Very beautiful residential complex.
