Description
In the quiet area where you have to fight for every metre with nature, lies this old renovated house made of wood and sandstone. It offers with 120 m2 comfort with 6 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, two WC, bathroom with bathtub 120cm, outdoor terrace and storage space for bicycles, etc. Parking spaces for at least 4 cars are available at the house. Romance makes the fireplace, where you can sit around in the evening. In winter, the house with fireplace also has a charm. Wood is available free of charge. Two families with children find place here, downstairs is "no barier bedroom, bathroom with toilet and living room with terrace. Pets are allowed. All prices are transparent, including everything. Electricity (charging the car extra payment), water, towels and bed linen etc. are included in the price. Only for a dog you have to pay a small extra charge of 15 Euro per week. We look forward to your stay!

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage is situated on the edge of the village Smrci at the beginning of the forest in the nature reserve Bohemian Paradise, in the foothills of the Krkonoše and Jizera Mountains. The ground everywhere is dark red according to the Wulkan effect. Otherwise there are rocks of sand, limestone and many caves around. That is why in the past many precious stones were found, which were cut in many workshops in Turnov. In the neighbourhood is the highest mountain Bohemian Paradise Kozakov with 744 m above sea level and offers an ideal terrain for paragliding.
The area is ideal for tourists and cyclists (mountain biking). The network of marked trails is dense and guests receive a tourist map on arrival, where all hiking and biking trails are marked. There are also many castle ruins, castles and chateaux. A day trip to Prague is especially popular. The capital is 100 km away and you will get some tips for parking and sightseeing.

Very nice vacation with our 8 Tervuren
We arrived on Saturday and everything went well. We set up our mobile fence and then we could all move in relaxed. Thank you for allowing us to come, and we hope it won't be the last time. It was as described; we also needed a lot of wood, but that was no problem as there was enough prepared. The weather was also suitable since there was enough snow starting Monday. Thank you for the lovely time.

Great holiday home
We were there with 5 people. It was a very nice vacation. Mr. Pavel welcomed us warmly and gave us many tips for places to visit. Very beautiful area 🌍. Unique landscape.

Beautiful autumn week
We were 9 people and all had enough space. The house is very spacious. The large living-dining room with fireplace on the ground floor leads directly onto a beautiful sunny terrace. Outside there was also plenty of seating and sun loungers, a barbecue and a table tennis table. A large bathroom with sauna on the ground floor, a separate toilet and a first bedroom with 2 single beds. All other bedrooms are upstairs as well as another bathroom with toilet
We went on many beautiful walks in the surrounding area
There was a small shop in the next village and Lidl and Penny in the next town.
If you love peace, nature and seclusion, this is the place for you. The only noise you hear at night is the tawny owl.

Gladly again!
The holiday home is absolutely quiet and is in top condition. We lacked nothing and Mr Vanatko welcomed us in a friendly manner and provided us with important information.

Simply dreamlike
A very beautiful environment, the owner is super nice and also gives you many tips for excursions in the area. A week is not enough to see everything. The house is very beautiful. Arrive and feel good :)
