Large cozy living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher.
Electric stove for cooking, no need to exchange gas bottles as elsewhere in Gozo.
The apartment is located in a new building with 10 apartments and has a large communal pool with a comfortable size and depth for swimming.
Large sun terrace with sea view and sun from around 10 AM in the morning until sunset. Sun umbrella and deck chairs available, also for the pool.
2 bedrooms (1x with double bed 160cm, 1x with two single beds, 1x baby cot), 1x double sofa bed (160cm) in the living room.
2 bathrooms (1x shower/toilet, accessible from bedroom, 1x bath/shower/toilet with washing machine).
SmartTV/Internet 1000 Mbps available, elevator in the building.

The apartment is located on the edge of Xaghra in a quiet rural area directed towards Calypso Cave and Ramla Bay (36°3'25"N, 14°16'23"E). The most beautiful beach on the island, Ramla Bay, can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car, as well as the Piazza of Xaghra with many cozy restaurants, terraces, and an ATM. From here, the prehistoric temple complex of Ggantija is just a few minutes walk away. Two supermarkets are within walking distance of the house and there are many more shopping options in Victoria, the island's capital, about a 5-minute drive away, where you'll also find a Lidl and a Greens supermarket. The Bolt app is available for taxi rides on Gozo, as are Bolt Food and Wolt for restaurant and grocery deliveries. Many of Gozo's attractions are just a 10-15 minute drive away. A bus stop near the house offers connections across the island and to Mgarr harbor for the ferry to Malta, home to the beautiful capital Valletta and many other sights. The crossing takes 25 minutes. Boat trips to Comino are available from Mgarr harbor. A tour of Gozo is possible by hop-on/hop-off bus or by mountain bike in 3-4 hours, depending on the route. Diving centers in Marsalforn are a 10-minute bike ride or a 3-minute drive away. Gozo offers many beautiful hiking trails; a booklet with 10 suggested routes is provided in the apartment.

The apartment is located in a pleasant residential area in a house where permanent residents also live, who enjoy the peace and quiet of Gozo.
Pool times from June to September 9am-10pm, and from October to May 9am-8pm.
The pool area is reserved exclusively for guests and owners of the apartment. It is not permitted to invite other people to use the pool area.

Amazing value in this apartment
My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks. It was clean, well equipped and had very comfortable beds. The air conditioning worked well, the balcony was huge and had a view over the fields and the ocean. We love the pool! Almost nobody else was at the pool every time we went to it. This apartment exceeded our expectations and is excellent value for Gozo! Contact with the owners was easy and they responded quickly to any questions we had before booking and while we were at the apartment. They also have a contact who met us at the apartment in Gozo. His name was Nick, he was wonderful, helpful and gave us local recommendations. He quickly answered any questions we had or helped us if we needed something. We highly recommend this apartment!

Great flat and great landlords
We (2 adults, 2 children) spent 14 days in the flat and enjoyed our time very much. The flat is actually ideal for a family of 4. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open kitchen-living room and of course the great big balcony with the fantastic view of the fields and the sea offer enough space for everyone. We took over the flat in a super clean condition (which is also confirmed by the compliance with the "Covid19 Safety Protocol"). The kitchen is absolutely fully equipped. Really nothing was missing and all appliances worked perfectly. Everything is very modern and furnished to a high standard. The good beds are particularly noteworthy (we have rarely had such good mattresses in our holiday apartments/houses). There are very good air-conditioning units in the sleeping and living areas, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The communal pool is of course also a highlight. It was also very well maintained and was checked and cleaned several times during our stay. The local flat manager, Nick, had even left us a basic breakfast kit as a welcome gift, which was very helpful due to our arrival time (Sunday evening 7pm). Otherwise, he was also easily accessible and always answered/helped us promptly. The flat is located in a very quiet area, so the nights are really relaxing. The main beach of Gozo (Ramla Beach) can be reached by car in 3 minutes. But there are other beaches in the immediate vicinity of the flat, which are less known and therefore less frequented. I consider a rental car and one indispensable on Gozo. You should also take good shoes (especially good water shoes) to be able to get to the hidden spots. The contact to Anita and Mark Voskamp was super nice and absolutely reliable (Thank you both again!). 5-STERNE!

Perfect time
We had a great time there. The apartment was just perfect. We enjoyed our breakfast in and dinners on the sunny terrace. The kids were enjoying the pools (they improved their swimming skills as well). And the apartment had everything that was needed from the kitchen equipment to the table games. :)
