This unique, fully air-conditioned farmhouse consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, dining and living room and extra shower room at ground floor level.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor, consisting of a spacious master bedroom ensuite with bathroom, a twin bedroom with a bathroom just opposite, and a triple bedroom with an ensuite shower room.
The pool area includes a barbeque and space for relaxation. The pool measured approx large 7x4,5m. It overlooks the green Pergla valley and the clear sea of Ghajn Barrani Bay. You will find as well, a beautiful place with table for dining and relaxing. BBQ is available of course as well. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, Farmhouse Savona is sure to meet your expectations.

Xaghra is situated on a plateau, about 4km north-east of the capital Victoria in a charming landscape, surrounded by fertile valleys. Ix-Xagħra is home to the extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage Ggantija temple complex, consisting of two Neolithic stone temples built from as early as 3600BC making them amongst the oldest freestanding stone buildings in the world.
Xaghra is a popular, small village with established restaurants and café atmosphere around the large square with its dominant and worth seeing church.
The property is 10 minutes walking distance from the summer resort of Marsalforn and 20 minutes away from the largest and most famous sandy beach Ramla Bay. The village square, its award-winning restaurants, bars, shops and magnificent church are a 15 minute walk away. Next bus-stop approx 10minutes walking distance. However rental car recommendable.

As the owner strives to be eco-friendly, an Euro coin meter is present in the farmhouse. On average 10 free units are given each day during the Summer months and 30 units during the Winter months (Nov-March). Should tenants exceed this energy limit, a cost of € 0,30 per unit (= Kwh) will be incurred. The use of air-conditioning is charged extra as per rates indicated. Maltese Eco tax for all tourists aged older than 18years, € 0,50 per person per night – up to a maximum of € 5,- per person. Collected cash by the owner. |
Cancellation terms:
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before arrival day. 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival day. If the customer declares his/her withdrawal even later or does not travel at all, a compensation of the total invoice amount is due. In all other cases of non-arrival or early departure, no refund of the lease rate paid is made.

The property is equipped with a Photovoltaic system and solar water heaters. The owners are also responsible with their waste; your assistance in this regard will ensure their kindness and respect to the island they call "home".
