Cosy holiday home in well-kept gardens in the beautiful village of Köycegiz on the lake of the same name in a nature reserve.
There is a large pool for common use for 3 accommodation units.
The house has 1 bedroom, living room, fully equipped modern kitchen with gas cooker, bathroom with shower and toilet, large terrace; WLAN, TV via SAT, hot water by solar energy.
The holiday home is equipped for 3 persons, max. 1 child or extra bed can be provided.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in a garden (5,000 sq. ft.) on the outskirts of the town of Koycegiz. In the adjacent garden, there is a petting zoo with various birds and pets. The town center and the lake are easy to reach by public transportation vehicles. Shops and restaurants are plentiful. Koycegiz is a dreamy place on the same lake (about the size of the Chiemsee) with water connection to the sea (about 10 km from the sea by boat, about 30 miles by car) in a nature reserve in southwest Turkey. Koycegiz is a cozy place away from the crowds and the ideal starting point for excursions to places of cultural interest and natural beauty.

final payment:	4 weeks before arrival

additional information about rental price:

Long term rental (from 5 weeks): 250 Euro per week

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
