La Cabane (new 2015-September) is an ideal Villa to spend with a group of friends or family, a seaside getaway. This spacious and atmospheric beach house consists of 2 separate parts. Each part has its own free entrance and a private terrace. On the ground floor (= 1st part, Ergesschoß) have 20 people
La Cabane is just 50 meters from the beach. The large living room with cozy gas fireplace features a living area and large tables where you can dine extended with a large group (20 pers.). The large (double) kitchen has two refrigerators / additional American fridge, two dishwashers, washing machine, two 4-burner stoves (gas), oven and microwave.
In the apartment on the ground floor there are 8 bedrooms, thereof 2 family rooms for 4 and 6 bedrooms for 2 persons. La Cabane parterre has three bathrooms, 3 toilets and a home theater.
There are in the southwest a large private terrace with BBQ and views of the dunes. Big garden around a private parking for several (8) cars. Child-friendly environment with two playgrounds within 100 meters and a tennis court in the park behind the house. Bowling 40 m away.

Child-friendly environment with 2 playgrounds, 50 and 100 meters from La Cabane (one of them in the dunes)
