Description
Rab is the island with the most beaches on the Adriatic. The first official beach was established in 1895th
Wide range of beaches; sand, gravel, stone to the nudist beaches in greater number.
The scent of the Mediterranean, olive trees and sage is all over the place.
We are located in the center of Barbat, which corresponds to about 5 minutes drive from the ferry lot.

On the first floor, separated from the rest of the house with separate backside entrance. The area of the apartment is 42 square meters an huge terrace with direct view of the sea.
The apartment has:
Lobby with the small wardrobe
Bedroom (with double bed and wardrobe)
Bathroom (with toilet, shower / hair dryer available)
Open kitchen (with dining / living area, large refrigerator, electric stove )
In this area there are 2 more beds available too
Large terrace (with table and chairs and a direct view to the sea)
In addition to air conditioning and free wireless / internet and TV cable Parking lot is available in the courtyard.
Of course there is Barbeque in our beautiful yard.
On the beach only 15 m from the house there is the possibility to tie a boat. (extra cost)
For the Food lovers there are two famoust restaurants only 2minutes walk Aco and Leut
From here all villages of the island is easy to reach and only 10 minutes away by car from the Old city.
For sports lovers there are many tennis and all sport’s courts, the island is perfect for biking, diving and sailing

With minor adjustments
Beautiful and clean vacation apartment, although unfortunately with very little basic equipment, e.g. salt, sugar, etc., which had to be bought on site. Unfortunately, the internet presentation is somewhat unclear, so that the rooms of the apartment appear differently in reality (pictures and information of the individual apartments are mixed). Unfortunately, there are no clear details for each apartment with the corresponding rooms. The location of the apartment is directly by the sea and therefore well suited for boaters, although unfortunately there is no possibility to park directly in front of the house with a car and trailer for loading and unloading. This is only possible separately. The caretaker (grandma) is very nice and helpful.
