This beautiful holiday home is located in Siofok, a pretty town on the south shore of the beach, it is a 2-minute walk from the quarters for the "lovely well-being" is also very good town centre is conveniently located in a few minutes walk.
The flat is located in the house with a separate entrance.
It has 1ooqm, 3 bedrooms (6+3 pers.),central large living room, kitchen (fully equipped) and bathroom with bathtub and bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower and flat belongs 11m long balcony.
The vehicles can be parked in the closed yard.
Wifi available free of charge.
A beautiful garden corner with seating furniture and table invites you to relax.
The house has garden furniture, satellite TV, barbecue, coffee maker, refrigerators, fully equipped kitchen. Parking spaces in the courtyard (locked).p
On the beach there are 4 restaurants, a playground, a water slide, pedal boats and paddle boats.
We speak Hungarian, German and if necessary English.
The flat can only be rented completely!

Very nice accommodation
Dear Keszei family,
our summer vacation in 2024 with our whole family was wonderful.
The warm reception and assistance during our stay were great.
Our apartment was very nice, and the beach was really only about a 2-minute walk away.

Very nice holiday flat
The flat is in a very nice location. The beach was just around the corner, so it was easy to walk down with your things.
The flat is clean and centrally located. Everything you need is there
The landlady is very nice, speaks very good German and has great tips for exploring the area.
We felt very comfortable and will be back!

Recommendable holiday address
We have spent several holidays in Siofok. This was probably the best one. The apartment is large and spacious. It was equipped with everything (and even more) that is needed. Very clean, the beds had good mattresses, and the rooms were large. Even our grandchildren (2) had never stayed in such large rooms by Lake Balaton, even though they have stayed in many places before.
Grilling under the walnut tree in the courtyard was beautiful.
The distance to the beach listed is accurate, meaning you are really there in, depending on your pace, 3-5 minutes. By the way, we enjoyed the langos at the beach even on the third time. Buying small items is more or less around the corner. Going out to eat within 3-5 minutes on foot, to the center about 10-15 minutes, and to the promenade, depending on your pace, a maximum of 15 minutes. So, all the important and maybe less important places of interest are easily reachable on foot.
The hosts, especially Mrs. Keszei, were very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. Always there with advice and action if necessary.
If we should come back here, we will definitely check first if the apartment is available and if we are allowed to return. I think that says it all. You can recommend the hosts and the apartment with a good feeling.

Schönes Urlaubshaus in Siofok
The apartment has a perfect location at Lake Balaton. It is very nicely furnished. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The town is quickly accessible. Would love to come back! Can recommend without hesitation.
