Description
Two separate flats for 2 - 4 people, each with its own large garage in the house.
After your arrival, you will first drive into the large garage, where you will arrive completely relaxed.
The garages, with a clearance height of 2.00 metres, have a size of approx. 30.00 m² and are available to you free of charge for the entire duration of your stay
There is enough space in the garage for bicycles, prams and small trailers.
It is about 120 metres to the beautiful and charming town harbour.
The lower flat is 75 square metres in size and has W-Lan , 2 balconies , 2 bedrooms , a garage in the house , a cosy living-dining area with flat screen TV and a fully equipped fitted kitchen.
The upper flat is 70 square metres and has WiFi, 1 balcony, 2 bedrooms, a garage in the house, a cosy living-dining area with flat-screen TV and a fully equipped fitted kitchen.
Shopping facilities, doctors, breakfast service, nightlife, Waren harbour,
Leisure facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
Bicycle rental within walking distance.
Bathing possibility km.
By bike you can reach the Müritz National Park in about 7 to 10 minutes.
Of course you can also charge your electric bikes in the secure in-house garage and get ready for the new day.
Both flats are non-smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Very nice holiday apartment,
Mr. Baumgarten welcomed us warmly and showed us everything.
The apartment is nicely furnished with everything you need, we felt very comfortable, and the car in the heated underground garage too.
Everything is within walking distance; shopping options, restaurants, and the harbor can be reached in a few minutes.
In any case, we will come back when the vacation apartment is available.

Very nice vacation rental!
This holiday apartment can be recommended without reservation! Central location. Everything can be done on foot! Beautiful harbor, restaurants, many small shops, endless excursion destinations. Bathing spots nearby: 5 minutes by bike, 20 minutes on foot. But the best thing is the holiday apartment. Double garage under the house! Modern furnished apartment. Beautiful sofa landscape with TV. Open kitchen equipped with everything necessary. 2 bedrooms, second TV, the bathroom is equipped with a large shower. A beautiful balcony is also included!
We will come back!

Whether it is the location, the furnishings, the comfort, the cleanliness or the

They have really thought of everything in the design of this property,
really thought of everything.

Here you can confidently leave your car in the exclusive XXL-garage
during the whole holiday time,
because whether it's to the bakery, drugstore, grocery store,
Restaurants, the harbour or shopping in the Altmarkt,
you only need to walk for a maximum of 3 minutes.
Cycling and hiking paths right outside the front door
make the whole thing much easier.
You couldn't wish for a more beautiful holiday than here in Waren,

Beautiful holiday flat in a perfect location and attention to detail
I can highly recommend this holiday flat. It is perfectly located for the harbour, the city centre and supermarkets. The garage offers plenty of space for a car and bicycles. The flat is furnished with great attention to detail and very well equipped. We really didn't want for anything!!!
It offers enough space for four adults or for a family
We will definitely use the Müritzfrische again if we ever want to visit the Mecklenburg Lake District again.

Top accommodation in a central location
quiet spacious holiday flat in central location not far from the harbour, excellently equipped and modern furnishings, American kitchen with numerous electrical appliances and extensive crockery, two large flat-screen TVs, large sofa area and separate dining area, comfortable beds, clean bathroom with many storage options, sufficient hooks and nice surprises (light in the shower, radio !), balcony with high-quality furniture, large garage on the ground floor with storage space for bicycles, nice helpful landlord - we felt very comfortable in the "Müritzfrische II" and can unreservedly recommend a longer holiday in this holiday flat as well as in this beautiful town and its varied surroundings!
