Description
The Villa Splendida was rebuilt in 2015 and is located on a landscaped, fenced plot of 1200m2. The outdoor area features a swimming pool of 50m2 incl. Outdoor shower and a large covered terrace with beautiful furniture. A barbecue and two parking spaces are available.
The luxury villa has 220m2 living area on two floors and is fully air conditioned. A total of four bedrooms are available with four bathrooms, a large living-dining area and rustic kitchen plus a separate toilet for Verfgung. Maximum we can accommodate nine guests.
On the ground floor the large living-dining area incl. Fireplace befidet in living room and the Rustic Kitchen which is fully equipped. Here you have from the living or dining area direct access to the terrace, pool and garden. A bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and laundry room are also located on the ground floor.
On the second floor are three more bedrooms with bathroom en suite. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. On the large balcony you can use our fitness equipment.
Another room with a single bed is available if necessary for a ninth person.

Summer vacation
A beautiful accommodation, although the extractor hood in the kitchen could use a proper cleaning. The rooms were great, including all the bathrooms. All the people responsible for the service were very nice. It was perfect that the baker's cart came every morning. I can recommend this accommodation for those who want something quieter but still have everything accessible within 20 minutes.

Dream vacation
We had a wonderful relaxing holiday in this vacation home! With eight people, we had plenty of space, nothing was missing, and we felt at home! The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and uncomplicated. The pool was great and was cleaned several times. We would love to come back!

Absolutely recommended
Both the contact with the intermediary and the owner were professional, friendly, and absolutely smooth. The villa is clean, spacious, and ensures a relaxing dream vacation. We (7 adults, 2 children) are completely thrilled. A minor deduction in terms of equipment is for the coffee machine, which does not fit into the otherwise offered standard there. A point deduction for the location is because there are no shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. With a bit of planning when shopping at the next market, however, this is not an issue. Otherwise, the whole ambiance more than makes up for everything.

Hervorragrnd
The holiday house is in a very good condition and fully equipped. However, the location is extremely rural and there are no shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The pool offers the opportunity to swim a few laps and refresh oneself.

A fantastic summer vacation!!
We stayed with friends at Villa Splendida in the summer of 2019. With 4 adults and 4 children, we had plenty of space, a well-equipped house, and lots of fun. The villa is quietly located, but shopping, doctors, and excursions are quickly and easily accessible. The photos absolutely correspond to reality; the villa is lovingly and charmingly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. There was even a sandbox with shade for our youngest one to enjoy. The booking went smoothly, we had a very nice email exchange with Mrs. Vasilj, who gladly and patiently answered all our questions and also helped us on site. Thank you very much again for that! The Zaja family, as owners and landlords, also welcomed us warmly and were always available for questions. Overall, it was a very beautiful and relaxing holiday for us, which we will remember for a long time. An absolute recommendation.
