The modern, light-filled house has been newly renovated in spring 2016 and lovingly decorated. It offers enough space for 4 people and is located in the back and quiet area of the park Port Greve.
Through the large windows, the house is bright and friendly .. The open fireplace creates a pleasant atmosphere in the evening. It also CD player, DVD player, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine is equipped with TV, equipped and offers free Wi-Fi ..

Location and surroundings of object
The Landal Park Port Greve is located on Grevelingenmeer and is a spacious landscaped park. It offers many recreational activities for young and old. There are several playgrounds, a mini golf course, a small indoor playground. and a swimming pool with a water slide. Also located in the center, a small restaurant and a supermarket.
Adjacent to the park is the beach with a nice restaurant with a sheltered outdoor terrace. Very close to the beach, the marina, everything is within a few minutes walk.
At a distance of about 2-3 km is the small idyllic port town Brouwershaven. To the old marina there are all the necessary shops such as supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, hairdresser, electronics stores, cafes and restaurants.
The next largest cities Zierikzee and Renesse are 10-15 minutes away by car or can be visited by bicycle.
The North Sea beach is about 6km and can be reached but in 5-10 minutes by car or easily accessible by bicycle.

Overall Positive
Overall, a nice holiday accommodation.
Unfortunately, we missed an oven for example for a pizza or chicken.
It was not well cleaned, dust bunnies under the couch, empty drink bottle behind the bed.
There is still room for improvement for 107.00 euros!!! Final cleaning, which seems excessive to us.
We also did not understand why an extra fee has to be paid for a small dog.

For the price, everything is good.
We lived in the house for 2 weeks! The house has a great location in the park, especially the equipment for children (games available). The kitchen equipment is completely okay! The garden is nice and big, and you cannot see inside from the outside. Our criticism is that the staircase does not have a safety gate, which is very dangerous with children, as the steps are very steep. Additionally, it was not clean for the price of cleaning, and unfortunately, the shower was clogged. The furniture is a bit outdated. Despite the shortcomings, we would come back ;)

Family vacation with a dog
The house is centrally located in a Landal Park, is comfortably furnished, and we didn't miss anything. You are about 5 minutes from the beach, and also the nearest smaller town Brouwershaven (definitely worth a visit, very good restaurants) can be easily reached by car. We were warmly welcomed everywhere with our child and dog. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful summer holiday
The location of the house is perfect. From here, you can explore Schouwen-Duiveland superbly - whether on foot, by bike, or by car. The house is very tidy and modern equipped. We lacked nothing. In good weather, you can also spend lovely hours in the garden (which is not visible from the outside). We can only recommend the holiday home and will definitely come back.

Urlaub mit Hund
For vacationers without high demands, one can feel comfortable in the house. Everything is available. The only downside concerns the cleanliness. For 78.00 euros, we would have expected a bit more cleanliness.
