Experience nature up close!
Our flats are maisonettes. On the ground floor you will find the living room with the kitchenette, which is equipped with 2 hot plates, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The shower and the toilet are also located on the ground floor. The bedroom is located in the attic and can be reached via the interior staircase. A double bed offers you pleasant sleeping comfort.
An extra bed is possible in the bedroom.
There is a furnished terrace in front of the flat. An awning protects you from strong sunlight.
A barbecue and a bungalow are available for your use on the property.
Sauna lovers can use our wooden cabin sauna on request. Prices are listed in the room brochure.
In our holiday flats you can switch off from everyday life and enjoy immediately.
The forest property with the 3 separate holiday flats of the Latzusch family is located 300 m away from the beautiful Lake Plauer See and the bathing beach there. They are ideal for active holidaymakers and nature lovers, for bathing enthusiasts and art lovers. Our holiday flats are comfortably equipped and available at reasonable prices.

The location in a small clearing in the woods near Lake Plau, approximately 300 meters away, is accommodation with all the advantages for your health.
The health resort Plau am See is located at the exit of the Müritz-Elde waterway from Lake Plau. South of the city lies the nature reserve Plauer Stadtwald and the forest area Bürgertannen. Whether it's a nature holiday or a relaxation vacation, it is the lake landscape that attracts tourists to Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Vacation ☺️
We felt very comfortable. The vacation apartment is very cozy and clean. The facilities are very good. Quiet and beautiful area. Beach nearby. The landlord is always reachable and very friendly. 😊 Highly recommended. 🙏 Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our vacation here. 😊

Cozy apartment - everything is perfect!
Everything you need is there. Very nice communication with the landlord.
Positive: Private parking directly at the accommodation. New functional bicycles (28") available for rent (€7.50/day), lake/swimming area about 250 m away, good 1.80 m bed, windows are equipped with mosquito nets... Accustomed to it: very steep stairs to the bedroom, small and somewhat dark kitchen (built into a niche, but with everything you need), flying bugs (which are actually everywhere there) => Complaining on a high level . . .
Would definitely come back . . .

: Very nice accommodation.
We had a few very nice days.. a really nice accommodation. A beautiful excursion was made possible very spontaneously and in a friendly manner. The property is very well maintained and one likes to linger here. Cleanliness is highly valued here. We would love to come back.
P.S. Remember mosquito repellent !!

Great location and lots of nature
It is a lovingly furnished apartment where nothing is missing.
The lake is less than 5 minutes away from the apartment, wonderful for morning walks. Very quiet location. Highly recommended.

Wunderbare Unterkunft
Near Lake Plauer and yet quietly located on a large and well-kept property, you can relax excellently here. The accommodation is designed and equipped with a love that I have never experienced before. We felt very comfortable, nothing was missing. Thank you very much.
