The house 116 sqm (on the map no. 80), with no garden (the garden facing the street) offers plenty of bursts for 7-9 persons.
o Ground floor - living room (sofa bed for 2 persons) with open kitchen, 1 room with twin beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine, access to the terrace
o I floor - bedroom with double bed (160x200), bedroom with twin beds that can be put together and a pull-out sofa bed with access to the balcony, a bathroom with bathtub
o terrace - with garden furniture, barbecue, garden chairs, water supply etc.
o attic - a small area on the top floor (very steep stairs) asks additional space for children to play etc., and is equipped with two foam mattresses

Completed and guarded property, an ideal place for those who appreciate tranquility and comfortable rest. Guests are offered an outdoor swimming pool (heated water), a playground and green areas. In the immediate vicinity there is a tennis and a sports field and a stud farm. In the high season guests have a small spa / wellness area available and for the small appetite, a restaurant.
Wide, sandy beach, not overcrowded even in the season, surrounded by the pine forest, makes it a dream place for rest and a relaxing holiday.

Family holiday with friends
This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Tes and we will definitely be back! The location of the complex is great, the beach is not overcrowded and the pool always offers a change!
The house is clean and equipped with everything you need! The only small minus point is the table in the kitchen .... we were 4 adults and 4 children, which was very tight.
Otherwise highly recommended

Great house, great vacation
We were at the Polish Baltic Sea with 6 adults and 2 children. The holiday house and the complex are very well maintained. The location is great, it is not far to the beach. Small shops are nearby.
The house is very tastefully furnished, everything has been thought of. The handover went smoothly. Communication with the landlady and the local support was great.
It was a great vacation.

Top holiday home, would stay again anytime!
We spent our summer vacation at Villa Tes with a friendly family of 7 people, and we all felt very comfortable! Everything was tidy and clean, no worn-out furniture, the house was stylishly furnished, and the kitchen was very well equipped!
The property was secured and our cars were safe (the concern of Germans). The heated pool was especially popular with our children, and the entire complex is very well maintained and looked after by a gardener/caretaker.
The rental went smoothly, the landlord is very competent, and there was detailed information for everything! The refund of the security deposit also went smoothly! We will definitely come back to Rogowo to this beautiful house!
