Hidden under the pretty thatched roof is a gem that has been lovingly furnished with great imagination and offers four contemporary and comfortable holiday flats in 25764 Hellschen and absolutely quiet location.
Well suited for group travel, extended families or families with friends, also for courses and seminars, meditation weekends, etc., ideal for holidaymakers with children and animals. Up to 20 people can spend a wonderful time here
You enter the house through a large, spacious communal hallway and the individual flats can be reached from here. The hallway is ideal for groups, social gatherings or even courses.
All flats have their own entrances and terraces/balconies. All floors (except for the bathrooms) are covered with wood and the bathrooms with tiles.
As of now, a room of approx. 64 sqm with sprung floor is available in the adjoining house. Well suited for courses and seminars, meditation weekends, etc., also ideal for sports groups and similar activities.

Here you will also find a double bedroom and the bathroom with bathtub, WC and washbasin. A staircase leads to the gallery with a sofa, table and armchairs, where everyone can retreat. In total there are 3 bedrooms available. 2 bedrooms (in white) with double beds (1 x 140 cm and 1 x 180 cm) and one room with 2 single beds.
The flat also has its own terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You can reach this flat from the ground floor and also from the first floor.
Right next to the flat is the extra room for possible visitors or if you are travelling with more than 6 people.

is also on the ground floor and approx. 45 sqm. and can be reached from the hallway with a separate entrance.

Only a few kilometres from the North Sea, between Büsum and Heide, Hellschen-Heringsand-Unterschaar is located in the middle of the beautiful marshland. The quiet location without a through road makes the community an ideal holiday destination for families with children.
Dithmarschen's beaches are not white but green. Whether comfortably in a beach chair or directly in the soft grass, on our green dikes you are in the front row. They are the most beautiful box seats that we have reserved for you here with us on the North Sea.
Nature on the North Sea coast has its charms all year round. Whatever the weather, you can let the fresh wind blow around your nose and take your time for what the wonderful natural landscape has to offer. Whether you are a leisurely hiker or a sporty Nordic walker, whether you are a speedy inline skater or a cyclist. The small village of Hellschen is located in the district of Dithmarschen between Büsum and only a few kilometres from the North Sea. You can quickly reach the Wadden Sea National Park, where you can go for walks or bike rides along the dyke, take a hike in the mudflats, watch numerous birds in the salt marshes, swim in the North Sea, take an excursion to the seal banks or simply enjoy the beaches and relax.
The community has about 180 inhabitants and consists of the districts of Hellschen, Heringsand and Unterschaar. Hellchen is located in the new marsh on the North Sea coast.

Beautiful family holiday
In August we spent a wonderful week in the super equipped accommodation (No.3).
The flat is well equipped, the surroundings are great!
Especially with a dog you have all the freedom.
The contact (Mrs. Nitsch) is very nice.
We can only recommend this property, the surroundings etc.!

We felt very comfortable......
It was very well maintained and clean, great location and nice and quiet.
The only thing that bothered us was the dilapidated swing (very dangerous in our eyes)
and that the dining table in the flat was too small for 4 people. We ate at the big table in the entrance area, which might have been annoying for other guests.

Der Tisch in Wohnung 3 ist tatsächlich zu klein für 4 Personen. Auf Nachfrage hätten wir Euch selbstverständlich einen größeren Tisch zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir werden uns bei Gelegenheit nach einem besseren Tisch umschauen.

Dreamily beautiful
We were at the thatched house Luna at the beginning of May.
Absolutely beautiful furnishings and everything very well maintained and simply beautiful. The house is an absolute eye-catcher from the outside and equipped like a holiday home from the inside. Only that it has several apartments. The price-performance ratio is really unbeatable. We will come back!
