NEW IN THE RENTAL - SUMMER 2016 IN PART AVAILABLE!
The stone house is ideal for a holiday near the sea, with the possibility to make both interesting trips to the fantastic scenery and historical places of the Maremma, as to take advantage of the beautiful beaches for a swim holiday.
The house is rustic and cozy and features an open living-dining area and kitchen corner, two bedrooms. (1 double, 1 triple room) and a bathroom with shower.
A large covered terrace allows pleasant stay outdoors for meals and summer evenings with a glass of wine.
A barbecue is available.
The fenced plot offers plenty of space for children and your four-legged friend and even your car
can be parked on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
In the hinterland of Castiglione della Pescaia with its famous and popular beaches
is the small medieval village Vetulonia.
Our Casa Le Strette located at the foot of the village and close to the small village of Grilli in a large, fully fenced and well-kept grounds.
The access road until just before the house is paved, the last 100 meters is a dirt road.
Ans sea at Castiglione della Pescaia 20 km away.
Shopping and Ristoranti in the small community Grilli - 2 km
There is a bar, Coop and two small restaurants.
An Osteria and another restaurant is in Caldana - 7 km
Grosseto 20 km, Castiglione della Pscaia 20 km,
Punta Ala 35 km from the house there are walking km after Grilli. There are shops for daily needs,
a pharmacy, a bar and an Osteria.
To the ancient and historic mountain village Vetulonia is 5 km away.

Relaxing holiday,Perfect with dogs!
Very nicely located house,in the middle of nature.Super equipment,we were very friendly welcomed with a fruit bowl,Italian specialties and a bottle of wine.The landlord is very attentive and takes care of you when needed.20 km away there is a dog beach.The property is completely fenced,perfect for dogs and children.We enjoyed the holiday!

Perfect accommodation for a vacation with a dog near the sea.
Comment: Had ten wonderful days in Tuscany! House perfect with top dog equipment! Fruit basket and dog biscuits available. You feel right at home! The landlord was super nice and helpful with a little power problem! We were very satisfied there.

Fast alles super (es fehlen nur Haken und Ösen für Klamotten und Handtücher) - super Vermieter, danke Guanluca! So viel an Utensilien haben wir in noch keiner anderen Fewo gehabt. Toll! Kann man unbedingt empfehlen.

Wunderschön und etwas abgelegen...für Hunde perfekt !!! :)
Dieses Ferienhaus ist perfekt für eine Familie mit Hund, die es ruhig und abgelegen mögen. Das Grundstück ist ausbruchssicher. ;) An der Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Wir hatten tolle Abende auf der Terrasse, auch tagsüber ließ es sich dort recht gut aushalten, da schattig. Der Vermieter war auch supernett. Wir werden wieder kommen !!! :) Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft !!!
