Description

The Napoleonvilla is a 300 years old, monument-protected vacation domicile, built in the traditional wooden style of Carinthia perfectly restored for holidays. It offers a generous living place for four to 16 persons (in seven generous rooms plus secondary rooms on two floors + Waterloo Relax Zone in the basement) and inspires visitors and guests by its history and originalness.

Beside the original fire place (Rauchkuchl), old staircases, wooden doors or original sleeping chambers the guest can count on modern baths, sauna, kitchen, Sat TV and wireless internet. The authentically furnished house accommodates among other things an original smoke tube, a grain chamber, styleful transition areas and a library, in which one can withdraw oneself at each time, Sauna, Spa & wellness zone "Waterloo".

The Napoleonvilla receives its special attraction by the delightful ambiente and the intimate rural atmosphere, and particularly by the unique offer to use this private mansion for vacation purposes and creative time-outs. It can be rented weekly.

The exposed situation of the Napoleonvilla on the sunny terrace of the Katschtal with a magnificiant view on the Katschtal and Poellatal and the close Tauern mountains inspire just like the varied leisure offer of the region: Ski total (16 lift systems), ice and winter sports from December to April, hiking, climbing and adventure from May to November. Fantastic in the summer: Mountain tours in the protected area Poellatal - Katschberg - kilometers alone with mountain and sky. Rennweg is situated near the magnificant skiing area of Katschberg 1100 m above sea level. It is the starting point for skiing and mountain tours into the protected area Poellatal and into the "Hohe Tauern". The Katschbergregion has all sport offers, purchase possibilities and ranks among the best known winter sports areas in Carinthia (1600-2200 m). In addition you have possibilities for fishing, hunting, climbing and mountainbiking in summer.

additional information about rental price:

The Napoleon Villa is rented at a minimum price of 200 euros per day (4 people). Otherwise we charge per person and day, in the low seasons 40 Euro, in winter and summer 50 Euro, children under 14 pay half. Over the turn of the year the basic price is 70 Euro per person and day. For short stays we add 10 Euro per day, breakfast is also bookable for an extra charge of 10 Euro.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

No cancellation fees. Deposits will be credited for future stays.

The Napoleonvilla is a historical jewel from the 18. Century, monument-protected, freshly restored, exclusively for guests and visitors, who look for a special ambiente. The house is a romantic domicile in the style of the time and decay nevertheless. Here you find everything that you need for stretching and recovering, Sauna, Internet, TV & Dolby Surround. Ideally for family celebrations, romance trips, Honeymooners and party People.
