The apartment in the first floor and comprises entrance hall, kitchen with dining room and a living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, both with double beds, sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have a sea view and from the living room there is a beautiful view of the center. The private parking is only 50 meters away.

The apartment is in a perfect location. Everything is just a few meters. 10 m to the sea, 70 m to the center, 150 m from the pebbly beach, 20 m from the restaurant, 100 m to the shops. Fažana is a pearl on the west coast of the largest Croatian peninsula - Istria.
With the sound of heartbeats in the nest of stone it is proud of its fishing tradition and the atmosphere where already with the first handshake each guest becomes a neighbor and friend, part of a large family!
Fazana, the location in the vicinity of classical Pula, the port of departure for the Brijuni Islands city - the national park with the attributes of "Heaven on Earth" - with its beaches, pine forests, promenades, restaurants along the sea is the perfect place for rest and Recreation.

Holiday 2018

We were in Fazana in July 2018. We were not satisfied with the property at all. It was not clean, the description was incorrect. Many things were missing that should have been there according to the description. The washing machine was not available, and when we addressed this with the landlady, there was an unfriendly reaction. We were then recommended a laundromat in Pula. The location of the property is ideal, but the value for money is too high. We would not recommend the property at that price.
