Description

About two entrances one enters the tower house with its lateral extension. The main entrance leads into the courtyard with outdoor shower, terrace and pool. From here you get to the bottom "red" kitchen with large dining area. In addition, a small laundry room with toilet and washing machine is housed. On 1st floor there is a bedroom (bed 140x190) with bathroom with bath and a bunk bed in an open niche, from here you get into the side pod with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) with bar and dining area and a staircase in a bright double (160x200, satellite TV) and a further shower room. At the junction of the two living areas is the rise in the old watchtower. A steep slate staircase leads to the 3rd floor. In the romantic staircase are an alcove with another single bed and access to the panoramic living room with single bed. About this space ultimately is the roof terrace on the 4th floor, which offers this spectacular view down into the valleys to the sea. There are several comfortable sitting and reclining, and on many days a breeze for pleasant sunbathing makes. In sheltered courtyard of 6 x 3 m large private pool provides cooling.

Torre Panoramica is located in a picturesque corner of the traffic-free hamlet Praelo romantic Val Prino. The county town of Imperia with small shops and restaurants and the sandy beaches is ten kilometers from here. The house consists partly of the former watchtower of the place with foundation walls from the 15Jhdt. Previously, the 360 ° panoramic views served on the rooftop to look for the Saracens out. Today you can enjoy here undisturbed absolute peace and quiet.
