The house and apartments are located in central city location, about 450m from the sea and from the city centre (5-8 min walk, no need to use the car), with terraces in the yard and in the garden.
The house has an apartment for 2 persons and one apartment for 4-5 persons, both apartments on the ground floor with private parking in the courtyard in front of the apartments. Both apartments have private entrances

The house and apartments located in central city location, about 70 meters from the first supermarket and 500-800m of supermarkets Lidl, Plodine, Billa and Kaufland.
The open-air market with fruits, vegetables, fish, etc. can be reached quickly. Even gas station, auto repair shop, hospital and sports centres in the immediate vicinity. Poreč area is an agricultural area; where olive oil and wine, are not only appreciated but a way of life culture.
Poreč and its coast are one of the most famous and most visited tourist regions on the Adriatic.
The city itself abounds in cultural and historical beauty. Oak and pine forests reach the sea, and the 37 km long coast is interspersed with numerous peninsulas and bays where everyone can find a place for relaxing.
The sea is crystal clean and the swimming season lasts from May to October.
