The house was built in 2001 and is single-level. It is located within a gated community with a communal pool. The house has two terraces (south and north facing). Two bedrooms, as well as the spacious living-dining area, are lovingly decorated in a Mediterranean style. The shower room is brightly tiled. The toilet is separate. Air conditioning, German TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, German radio, CD, and DVD player are included. Full kitchen equipment. DVD players complete your stay with a high level of comfort.
Dogs are welcome by arrangement!

In the adjacent nature reserve "La Clape," you can: hike, climb, cycle, ride horses, etc. In this magnificent landscape, many a chateau awaits your visit for a wine tasting. Gruissan is a very beautiful, idyllic fishing village. The historical core of Gruissan is formed by the old village that nestles around the Barbarossa tower. It is counted among the most beautiful villages in France. The modernly designed port invites visitors to enjoy leisurely walks along the promenade by the lagoon.
