The house is about 150m from first supermarket, about 500-700m from supermarkets Lidl, Plodine, Billa, Kaufland, Eurospin..., about 650-700m from the sea and from the city centre, in a quiet position, in a dead end with no traffic.
The open-air market with fruits, vegetables, fish, etc. can be reached quickly. Even gas station, auto repair shop, hospital and sports centres in the immediate vicinity. So, the best location in the city, without that you need a car. Poreč area is an agricultural area; where olive oil and wine, are not only appreciated but a way of life culture.
Poreč and his coastline are one of the most famous and most visited tourist regions along the Adriatic.
The town itself is rich in cultural and historical beauties. Oak and pine forests reach till the sea and numerous peninsulas and bays alternate along 37 km of coastline which invite you to relax.
The seawater is clean and the bathing season lasts from May to October.
